Ik vond de moderne inrichting een absolote pre en heb het hotel hier ook op geselecteerd, goede douche en prima ligging Het hoofd van de receptie was niet erg vriendelijk. Het overig personeel wel. Het is wel rumoerig in de buurt, met vaak veel luide muziek vanaf middernacht (mn weekeind, maar ook op andere dagen). Wij zijn 6 nachten gebleven, waarvan 3 met veel lawaai 's nachts. Maar ach oordoppen doen wonderen. |

Always a welcome smile at reception and a willingness to help (information, taxis, getting messages to us from contacts...). Concern to be sure that everything was as we would expect. Attractive decor and well appointed rooms. Good position in city centre but still quiet. Free WiFi plus ability to print on hotel computer in the lobby... |

they asked money again, i paid everything though . i couldn't understand them and dvd didn't work. i think they tried to cheat us. |

Good breakfast, reliable internet, quiet and comfortable room. Staff were most helpful. A good experience and good value. Air conditioning / heating did not show accurate temperature, but we adjusted after the first night. |

People at the reception are super friendly and helpfully. Shopingcenter very close with lunch and diner possilities (hotel has no restaurant) - Breakfest is officially at 7am; my experience was that at 7.15 it was not completely ready (problem if you have an early business meetings); If the minibar is empty on arrival, ask them to fill it, because otherwise it will stay empty. |

The staff! They are all awesome and helpful, they immediately take action to fulfill your request, either from helping set up the internet to get you a cab to the airport. Also liked breakfast, location, wireless internet and the fact that check in could be done at 1 pm, whereas the rest of the hotels do it at 3 pm. Only one minor issue: When I took the room the bathroom trashbin still had the previous guest's garbage. But again, the staff was helpful in dealing with this :) |

The room was fantastic. The hotel is located centrally near bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, and the hotel is also very well styled. |

Freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter, zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Man sollte die Minibar beim Betreten des Zimmers kontrollieren uns wollten sie eine Wasserflasche auf die Rechnung stellen obwohl wir sie nicht Konsumiert haben. Nach ausgiebiger schilderung wurde die Flasche dann von der Rechnung genommen. |
