The bed was really comfortable. The location is great to downtown.

The shower head was awkward.

Convenient location. Two semi-comfortable queen beds.

Hotel is sandwiched between 2 large nightclubs and super loud music goes on until 3am every night. Pretty loud and hard to ignore.

very old , not well maintained , needs a serious makeover

its a cheap motel , no extras like a mini frig , ice , an iron

The outside noise. We were no able to sleep the noise (loud music coming from the many bars and dancing places was intolerable. There was no Air conditioning in the room and we couldn't open the window because of the loud music. We had our grandson (18 months old) and we had to take him out of the room for a few minutes so he could fall asleep. I picked Festival Plaza because of the location and it actually looked good online, unfurtunnaly I was wrong. I'm also dissapointed with the personnel because they never mentioned or warned me about the loud music, eventhough they saw my grandson and they didn't take the tamie to recommend another room or at least be honest about the situation. Sorry but I don't think I'll ever stay in this hotel again.

I liked that it was close to everything, I checked in and went for a walk along the street and the beach is only a few minutes walk, great place.

Well I didnt know that all the king beds were all on the 8th floor (Penthouse)! I am afraid of heights and once I got off the elevator I nearly crapped my pants, had to walk sideways looking at the room doors to keep from looking through the fence and street below! lol my girlfriend was cracking up! Though the view from the balcony was Excellent! Next time I'll take a twin or queen down below... lmao!

Hello, Well it was my bday weekend get away and the manager of the hotel did an upgrade to a Ocean View King Room on the 7 floor we had a great view and the service was super. We had a blast. xoxo Love it Yesenia S.

I like that it was family friendly and there is also lots of security around the pool area for your kids or any order adjustements.

There was lots of noise around but again it is downtown Rosarito what can u expect right!

Good view. Pretty clean bedding. I liked the covered parking.

Carpet was not clean. It had rules that hindered stay such as no alcohol in room, no visitors. The description should have included that there was no air conditioning, I had to deal with loud music from a nightclub and I was on the 7th floor. Many features were not available because it was a week day.

The pictures on this site do no justice to the rooms at the hotel festival... I was very surprised once I opened the door. My boyfriend and I had a room on the top floor, nice king size bed.. cute bathroom.. flat screen TV.. loved the balcony! We got more then what we expected. The girls at the front desk were very nice.. oh and all the clubs are literally around the corner.. can't wait to come back in July! :)

Not sure if this is the hotel or booking.com but I got there and had to pay for parking.. I guess it wasn't included like other peoples packages.. other then that, everything was awesome!!!

The fact that hotel festival was less than a block away from main attraction.

The location and price for the one night stay, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

It was a few minutes from beach, close to the rest of the hotels.

I Like it to stay at the hotel is very nice,and all the employes they help us a lot,they have a very good service I like to come back very soon thanks a lot for all your attentions.

Everything is close by, Beach, Stores, Seafood, Restaurants.

Restraurant room service needs a better selection.

Hotel is really affordable and the room we got had a magnific view Tenants very pleaseant and quite I will highly recomend this place and I will continue Staying in everytime I travel to Rosarito.

Se estuvo escuchando mucho ruido de música desde un negocio ubicado en el otro lado de la calle hasta altas horas de la noche. Yo se que el hotel no tiene control sobre eso pero yo como huésped no pasé una buena noche

tiene mui buena ubicacion, muy cerca de los antros y la playa !

que no dejan ingerir bebidas dentro del cuarto !

Le professionnalisme des gens de l'hôtel

Sa localisation près des clubs où la musique est assourdissante jusqu'à 3 h. PM et vous empêche de dormir. Leur politique de non remboursement. Je voulais quitter après 1 nuit à cause du bruit, mais il ne voulait pas me rembourser ma 2è nuit.

La climatisation était en panne mais ils n'ont rien fait alors que nous n'étions qu'une poignée dans l'hotel (donc chambres libres). La piscine est minuscule et il ni y a rien à faire dans l'hotel...

Lo mejor la vista al mar desde la habitacion, el jacuzzi en la alberca, la ubicacion muy cerca de restaurantes y antros, personal muy amables las chicas en recepcion, tambien los meseros muy atentos y muy bueno el desayuno y el cafe.

Las regaderas el agua sale a presion y pica, la alberca que este un poco mas grande y el estacionamiento no me dijeron al reservar que se cobraba aparte al llegar.

muy caro, me cobraron extra por una hija de 16 aÑos, para ellos 16 es mayor de EDad!!! entonces le venderian alcohol? las instalaciones del hotel estan muy abandonadas, muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Esta muy bien ubicado, muy comodo y la atencion del personal muy bueno! Y lo mejor fue el colchon!! dormi super agusto lo recomiendo ampliamente!!

le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones pero, el cuarto estaba muy bien cuidado.

The view, the staff, security and the fact that it was close to many bars. Plus the courtesy knock before check out.

Sheets need to be cleaner...
