I liked the design of the rooms and the hotel in general. I like it's proximity to Grand Chapultepec park and to a lot of shopping and fine restaurants I booked and stayed four nights,but I was charged about 75% more for my fourth night

El Concierge del turno matutino es amable y conocedor, ademas de que es de las pocas caras que ya conoce un cliente de años. Todos los demás cambian muy constantemente, por lo tanto se pierde ese toque de confianza Trstemente, cada vez que me hospedo alli hay algo que no sale bien. Es el claro ejemplo de la mala administración de Grupo posadas. Primero dejaron caer Mexicana de Aviacion y ahora estos hoteles que eran emblematicos de lujo y confort. Espero que esta nueva administracion del hotel pueda rescatar este hotel que, hasta hace unos años, se distinguia por que ofrecia lo que ningun otro hotel de su categoria ofrecia. Es una tarea dificil pero se ve que esta pone empeño en su labor. Por ahora no recomiendo este hotel. Tal vez cuando hayan hecho las mejoras necesarias.

Dunkles unfreundliches Hotel. Das Hotel entspricht allgemein nicht als was es sich darstellt. Das zweite Zimmer hatte nicht wie gebucht den Gartenblick. Probleme mit der Abrechnung beim check out. Internet hat nicht funktioniert.

Perfecta locacion, muy cerca de la Condesa, Polanco y frente al bosque de Chapultepec. El precio del wi-fi, del valet parking por dia y del desayuno no esta incluido en el precio de la habitacion.

Muy buen hotel, limpio y en exelente ubicacion.. Vista de la habitacion invaluable, siempre y cuando sea al parque. No respetan los precios de reservacion de booking .

La habitación, muy bien ubicada frente al Castillo de Chapultepec y la cocina. El chef es muy bueno. También su ambiente familiar y el que sea un hotel relativamente pequeño No. Todo me gustó.

las almohadas muy confortables la actitud de la recepcionista ... llegue a las 21:00 hrs. aprox. y me dijo que ya no tenía reservación, que la habián cancelado le pregunté que quién y solamente me comentó que estaba cancelada.
