The location is great and close to everything and the staff was very nice and friendly. Wifi internet was so bad and the connection is very poor, and the housekeeping doesn't speak english at all !

Very friendly staff, patricularly the breakfast staff who couldn't do enough to help you. Breakfast could be taken up to noon - so no early rush to meet the deadline Great beach and pool area Nice clean room ( junior ocean facing suite) £1.50 per tea bag in the inroom catering and "prohibiting" bringing in your own supplies Meals in restaurants somewhat expensive, but food excellent

Great hotel. We had to move rooms after the 1st night. We booked an ocean front room and were put on a low floor with a view of the back of a palm tree and we couldn't sleep because of the noise from the hotel bar. For the price we were paying it was unacceptable. The staff were great and moved us to an 8th floor room with a magnificent view and brighter room. This happens a lot with hotels - dont be shy about asking for a better room. The hotel and facilities were excellent! The first room on low floor.

Perfect location, excellent service and kind staff. Generous and reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Beautiful beach and swimming pools. The hotel charged the full 4 nights a month before arrival (clearly contradicting the booking.com procedure/agreement); other elements (check out time, etc.) don’t match the booking.com information.

Hotel excelente!!! Os quartos são enormes, muito espaçosos! A limpeza é feita duas vezes por dia, tudo impecavel! A decoração é linda! Praia otima, mar tranquilo, com guarda sol. Adorei! Recomendadissimo!!!

プライベートビーチとプールも非常に綺麗で、快適な休暇を過ごす事ができました。また、オーシャンフロント- の部屋からの景色は素晴らしいの一言につき、ベランダで一日中波の音を楽しませてもらいました。 子連れでも、プールで楽しめたり、ビーチの砂浜で楽しめるので、ホテルに居るだけで子供も大満足でした。 日本人コンシェルジュの方がいらっしゃるので、いろいろ聞けるので非常に助かりました。 トイレの水を流すボタンが、堅くて手のひらが痛かった。女性には難しいのではないかと思いました。（妻も苦- 労していました。）

Frukost Buffen var helt otrolig. Den mexicanska restaurangen var superb. De 2 andra ok. Det som inte tilltalade oss var att hotellet var för stor och lite opersonligt.Trots det var dresskod så var hade flertalet av gästerna lite väl avsläppnad klädsel. Det som var tråkigt var att det inte framgick att Gym fik man använda till en extra kostnad, det var en stor del att vi tog hotellet för att träna. När man bokar på den typen av hotell så tycker man att det vekligen ska ingå.

Personnel très disponible et d'une extrême courtoisie avec néanmoins une petite restriction pour le personnel de chambre dont le travail laissait un peu à désirer en termes d'efficacité restauration véritablement gastronomique dans le restaurant "le Basilic" avec un chef mexicain ayant fait ses classes en France à l'origine d'une cuisine savoureuse et inventive digne d'un étoilé et d'un bon rapport qualité/prix piscine extérieure aux proportions inconnues en Europe avec grande disponibilité du personnel autour efforts de décoration intérieure dans les parties communes de l'hôtel rarement rencontrés ailleurs Un seul problème mais de taille: l'insonorisation des chambres catastrophique suite au "tout béton" faisant du bâtiment une véritable caisse de résonnance dès lors qu'une porte était claquée ou que l'on marche avec des talons etc... heuresusement que les voisins directs n'étaient dans l'ensemble pas trop bruyants
