Beautiful resort Clean, comforable Nice pools and firepit area is wonderful Solid 4+ star place Highly recommend it

This is NOT a 5 star resort This is solid 4+ There are very few true 5 star resorts such as The Capella so if your expecting that you will be disappointed but it is a great place so it is hard to find fault with it The error is in the ratings given to resorts, not the resort itself.

Restaurant's were overbooked with conferences which mean't the regular travelers had challenges getting access for dinner.

Cuenta con excelentes instalaciones, SPA, Albercas, Golf, internet, restaurantes, en fin, todo lo que uno puede requerir y esto convidado con el magnifico trato de todo el personal hacen de la estancia de uno, momentos inolvidables.

El servicio de su personal es excelente en todos su departamentos.

Contrate a la compañia SolMar a traes del hotel para ir a pescar, y se descompuso la lancha, perdimos 2 horas de pesca efectiva, y el dueño Sr. Cota no quera responsabilizarse, pero el Hotel decidió regresarnos el costo de ello.

La estancia no fue lo que esperábamos ya que al ser categoría grand no lo cumplieron, desafortunadamente tuvimos problema con huéspedes en el mismo piso ya que no dejaban la fiesta hasta que llamamos a seguridad y los callaron tipo 1 a.m., dieron mantenimiento a la habitación de barnis o pintura y a nuestro regreso persivimos el olor y como era lógico avisamos solicitando se ventilara pero hicieron caso omiso por lo que abrimos el balcón y la puerta principal y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que en la noche cucarachas en la habitación.De horror El servicio regular los meseros siempre haciendo el comentario de que la propina no estaba incluida ,en alberca si no sales temprano a reservar tu lugar olvídate de encontrar lugar y prepárense para no encontrar sombra alguna . El kids club muy regular nada extraordinario.Tuvimos que hablar con el gerente para que mi nena de 2 años pudiese quedarse con su abuelita en las instalaciones ya que por protocolo no se admiten a niños menores de 4 años así que tomen sus precauciones

Charging for Internet and not working well for 1st 24 hours... But later they compensated with free internet. Again excellent service. Internet should be free (in the price) and user friendly for those having one or more devices.

I got an extra tax bill of $24 that was unexpected as my invoice from you clearly indicated that taxes were included. They tried to give us a room with two full beds instead of the King bed that I confirmed when I booked, then again over the phone and finally when I arrived. We obviously moved rooms which took them 3 hours. I am tearing up my Fiesta Americana card.

Es ideal para parejas si quieren pasar momentos románticos. Excelente personal. Muy amable. Excelente vista al mar. Uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado en mi vida.. Volvería sin pensarlo 2 veces

La arena de la playa no me gusto del todo porque estaba un poco sucia, deberían de hacer mas limpieza en ese aspecto.

Very clean, friendly resort. Complimentary buffet style breakfast was an awesome steal. The fire pit outside at night was nice, especially on thurs- sat when there was a band.

Our room key cards kept deactivating once housekeeping cleaned the rooms. Also, there is wifi but I was unable to connect the entire week stay.
