Well maintained, nice ambiance, comfortable beds, nice/big bathroom Own food/drinks may not be brought into the hotel (bag search)! Exaggerated prices for breakfast, internet etc. Room doors are not soundproof. |

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are spacious and fresh with wonderful views of the ocean. And most important in Mexico...The air conditioner worked great! Would stay again in a heart beat! |

La cama de la habitación y las almohadas son muy comodas, la decoración del hotel es muy bonita, con una bonita piscina y creemos que lo mejor es la increible limpieza en las habitaciones. En booking poneís que el hotel cuenta con internet gratis, no es cierto hay que pagar 160 pesos por dia, algo excesivo( teneis que cambiar que el hotel tiene internet gratis). A parte un dia nos dijeron que nos iban a dar un "kid" de bienvenida y el empleado nos realizo demasiadas preguntas, para dos simples refresco (no lo entendemos). Los ascensores no funcionanban del todo bien (quizás era por las lluvias). No nos cobraron el precio establecido por booking que era de 64 $ la primera noche Y 74$ las otras noche, nos cobraron 999 pesos aproximadamente por noche (pero bueo esta bien). |

Las cómodas instalaciones del Hotel, el servicio, las comidas que se sirven en diferentes restaurantes, los locales para compras. EL excesivo precio del agua mineral, lo que en un supermercado cuesta siete u ocho pesos mexicanos (una botella de litro y medio de agua Bonafont) en el cuarto del hotel la cobran 45 pesos mexicanos. Por supuesto fui al super mercado y me surtí de agua. |
