Staff was helpful as best to their authority. There is a lot of areas to sit, relax or sunbathe and eat/drink. I like the size of our room.

That room looked a bit undone..empty. There were no side table on the other ends of the bed since we had 2 double beds and only 1 side table in the middle. double beds can sleep 2 people, hence the other person need to go over the first to get to side table..not convenient.

Attention at pool bar, pool, lobby and hotel outter design.

It is not a 5 (even a 4) stars hotel as offered, maybe a 3.5 one. The Check In was endless because they have not the offered bedroom. I reserved a kingsize and received two beds in place. They promise to fix it at the next day but nothing happened. The furniture at rooms were old, the internet was the worst thing, it was insupportable, it was imposible to keep logged for more than 10 minutes (with the phone no way). The problem lasted all my stay there! The check out took 25 minutes (or longer), they can not deliver an invoice with a foreigner company name. Finally, they gave me a wrong invoice (a mistake in the ammount) , I realized later so I have to call them to deliver the right one. I stayed for three nights and realized there are many other better options in Pto. Vallarta.

The location and room were good, clean and comfortable with an excellent view of the ocean on a nice private balcony. We booked tours through the hotel and the agent handling booking was excellent.

When we checked in we were handed off to a concierge who sat us down to what we thought would be an introduction to hotel services, in stead he signed us up for a Time share meeting the following morning. I think our hotel should be our sanctuary from sales people. Food was very mediocre. as was the presentation.

They offered us a free breakfast, which we thought was very nuce, but then they hit us with a "90 minute presentation!"... 90Min? Are you kidding me?!?! So we accepted because theu promised it wouldnt be anything like a time share conversation... It turned out just what we expected!!! A time share/vacation package conversation! Ugh!!! After we told the guy that was with us that we couldnt do it, he had the nerve to call over another guy and offer us something less... When we told him we couldnt afford anything like vacation package on our credit card he was very unsensible about it and said lets see, let me run your credit card to see if it goes through!!! Were were like wtf?!?! Then this prick saw he coulndt get anything out of us and called another guy and offered us something cheaper, we said no! He said common, you cant afford $200? you work in usa you guys make pretty good money! At this point I was so mad and annoyed and ready to check out!!! If I knew how rude they would of been I would of much rather pay for breakfast!!! I will most definetly not stay here again, just because of that.., And to top it off, they wanted to charge a chocolate bar from the mini bar that I supposibly took!!

Beautiful facilities, great pool, great beach, friendly staff.

Only decaf is left in room for purchase. Every single day I had to go to the front desk and ask to have it switched out. Wish there was a way for the stores in the lobby to let us use our hotel room charge.

The staff was very attentive, often anticipating our needs. Poolside service was fast and cheerful. Ask for Ignacio or Rafael.

Restaurant options at the hotel were limited, but the breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious. Could have carried us all day... Some review complained about being charged for water and coffee in the room. If that's the biggest problem you face, you're having a good time...

FA-PV is superb unimaginably superior in every way I can not say enough about how great it is the staff is friendly and helpful facilities are magnificent

The comfort and the view of the hotel even we are in the three floor.

I think it is not fair that the internet have a price, most of the hotel is free. Even that my reservation had a free internet, it's important to mention. For my husband it's a must to have.

The hotel is well situated at the beach and is built in a nice style. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Due to low season, only one restaurant was open in the evening. Staff can become less friendly if you don't tip enough (perhaps also due to low season). On the booking.com page it says free wifi, however we had to pay for wifi as they listed that as their policy.

We think we will comw back!!

Very nice room, king size bed, beautiful pool/ocean view. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Everything is extra...drinking water, coffee, Internet. The balcony was so small.

Las personas que atienden el hotel son agradables . Rafael y Mavi , me hicieron olvidar los malos ratos . Les agradezco .

Pague ....por habitacion superior ,cuando me dan la habitacion , no tenia vista al mar por las palmeras . Pido que me cambien y para tener la vista me dan habitacion regular . No me devuelven el dinero .Te cobran la botella de agua y el cafe para hacer en la habitacion. El desayuno no esta incluido. Y los entretenimientos ,no merecen mencion .Para mi es un hotel de tres estrellas .No vuelvo .

Queremos destacar la atención del personal en general y del Sr Paris por su cordialidad y buena disposición.

La vista es excepcional.

En general es un buen hotel ya tengo tiempo alojandome en este hotel.

Todo en general es uno de mis lugares fovoritos y el ambiente en la aberca fue bueno los meseros marco, omar y ignacion nos atendieros muy bien gracias

Que se siente familiar y con mucho respeto de los mismos visitantes y los empleados, es muy amplio el cuarto, me senti agusto, las camas muy confortables, la playa esta muy bien

Que el aire acondicionado se activa muy rapido y hace mucho ruido, que el chocolate del frigobar estaba hechado a perder, y que las bebidas de cortecia que prometieron, eran sin licor

Wat een superhotel, alle faciliteiten aanwezig, geweldige ligging aan t strand en redelijk dichtbij de stad. In het hotel zit een geweldig restaurant D'Isola, heerlijk eten voor een goede prijs. Het personeel is super, heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en super persoonlijk! Aanrader! Wij gaan zeker terug!!

Voor fitness dient betaald te worden, 3 euro pp per keer, dat hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Beobachten der Delfine, jeweils am Morgen.

Der Strand ist sehr eng und klein. Es ist unmöglich, der Küste entlang zu spazieren.

Muy agradable en todos los sentidos. Es un hotel cómodo y con buenas vistas. Muy recomendable.

La playa estaba algo sucia.

La atención es muy buena y los servicios son de una altísima calidad.

La playa no está muy limpia y está un poco lejos del malecón.
