Well since we arrive to the hotel the staff was pretty kind and serviceable, then we had some problems with the room and they give us a better room for the mess. Finally when we were about to leave we miss our documents and they help us to find a solution in the airport. We defiantly gonna come back to this hotel |

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 9 days. Its located at the best beach area in Acapulco. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we are going back. A special thanks to the nice waiter Cuauhtemoc and for the good service from Socrates in the reseption. A water slide from the beach pool out in the sea :) |

Sehr guter Blick auf die Bucht von Acapulco . Zimmer sehr grosszuegig und komfortabel . Schoene Badelandschaft . Auch fuer Familien und Kinder sehr gut geeignet . Zentrale Lage . |
