This resort is on the ocean and across from the Cancun Convention Center. It features a sauna, hot tub, an oceanfront pool, while rooms include a minibar and cable TV.
Score from 473 reviews Good
Overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon, only steps from the beach, the Krystal Grand Punta Cancún has a bi-level outdoor pool, private white sandy beach and full-service spa.
Score from 351 reviews Very good
On a 14-mile stretch of pristine beachfront in Cancun’s hotel zone, the NYX Hotel Cancun has an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Some of its rooms have views of the sea or Nichupté Lagoon....
Score from 487 reviews Good
Right on the Caribbean Sea, this Cancun hotel is 2 miles from Aqua World Marina. It features a water park with 8 water slides and spacious rooms with a private balcony.
Score from 230 reviews Very good
The stay was great, and the biggest part was the staff. I wish I could single out everyone one, but some of the names that stick out are; Omar at the pool, Pedro at the pool bar, Silva the server at the pool bar, to name but a few.
Nothing sticks out.
Hotel staff is willing to do a service or kindness
Nothing to compalin
Everything! It is also the place where we got engaged so it will always be special!
-Very well located near Money Exchange, Tourist agencies, Convenience Store and the best Night Clubs of Cancun -Beautiful beach view -Swimming pool and Jacuzzi -Delicious buffet -Volleyball beach court
-Musty blanket -Air conditioning with mite, watch out if you are allergic specially in the stuffy hot weather of Cancun
Large property- well appointed/ very comfortable bed
Minor maintenance needed in bathroom area- toilet door wouldn't shut/ sliding glass doors on spa bath/shower not fitted properly. Television programmes quite limited for non Spanish speakers- extra charge for dishwasher meant we didn't use it!!!
Location and the sea great. Personnel is OK but they don't go out of their way to make you happy. It is a besutiful little hotel with great beach and nice room spaces, It is a pity they do not run it well as a time share and that maintenance and appliances and sheets are not nicer and better.
Old furniture, not too clean, broken mosiaic in toilet floor, dangerous bathtub that was also the shower (too high to climb into) cheap scarce toiletries, horrible sheets like sandpaper. Fridge with ice maker and drawer broken They were unable to fix it. Microwave stuck twice. Scarce kitchen items: no, table mats, no cofee filters, no oven filters, only 4 of each table ware items. You have to wahs them if you use 3 forks when you eat (salad, desert, meat) they Only 4 glasses, if you need more , wash again. They charged for the paper cofee filters we requested. It was rather cheap. They do not seem expereienced in running a timeshare or condo units. Food at their restaurant was excesivly expensive. 20 dollars for a hotel cafeteria pizza is too much, after all, it is not a gourmet pizza.
All Inclusive is in high standard
The location is not too centric
Checkout time is really unrealistic, 11:30 am on a Sunday is awful. It should be at least 1 pm
Cost performance. We stayed a room not ocean-view but very big and comfortable.
The private (?)beach is coverd with concrete and narrow.
The location to shopping, casino, groceries.
It is much nicer than the "Las Vegas" style resort hotels along the strip. More room, better furnishing, tables, chairs, and less expensive, but more importantly, much less "drama", noise, etc.
We stayed there only one night after a week in Tulum which is much nicer, close to great archeological sites and the cenotes (cave pool), plenty of foliage on the beach. It was a way to make it easier to catch our flights back to the U.S. The room was excellent but Cancun is not Tulum (which is not the fault of Fiesta Americana).
Friendly staff, nice hotel. After a long flight from the uk we were pretty tired, so to be given a free upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi was very welcome indeed. Big comfortable bed too. Recommended.
the room with a separate kitchen and sitting room is very good.
No beach. Of course you can use beaches from other hotels. The staff are trying to give you the worst room, we booked the deluxe room, and they gave us the studio......
Good location on the beach. Restaurant on the beach.
Too busy, long lines, had to wait for getting questions answered. Not everyone speaks english.
Beach, Rooms, Pool........
It's kind of a smallish hotel, but well equiped, so everything was close and you didn't have to walk a long way just to go to breakfast, for example. Also, the staff was really friendly and always full of suggestions and ready to solve your problems.
The beach had a lot of rocks, so it was not very comfortable to swim in it.
Hotel not too crowded, despite practically full, relaxing, facing the ocean, very spacious room and friendly staff.
Breakfast is bad, and the lunch/dinner food is average.
Laid-back, quiet hotel Really good location - easy access to shops, supermarket etc. Beach View
Staff's English was poor - sometimes had difficulty communicating Impossible to reach them on the phone from abroad!
A nice pool and beach area, very friendly staff. Good size room. A nice restaurant with a gorgeous view.Perfect for our stay.
The beach. Right there when you want to swim
Front Desk employees. Impersonal and a little a rrogant at times. They would not do much for you, because you had not booked directly with them . They were giving me a room way bellow what I had booked. I had to be very firm so as to have it changed for what I was paying for.
Great facility, they gave us a complimentary upgrade. Very nice of them. Thank-you.
Cost of the food was too high. So we mostly ate out at a fraction of the cost.
the weather; nice pool area; access to the beach;pleasant staff; VALUE; comfortable room with a view; one restaurant nicely located with varied menu
little in walking distance in the way of other restaurants and bars; require a taxi or public transp. to get around but the dominant "all-inclusive" of most resorts has practically eliminated "local" options; little night activity at hotel,e.g. empty bar
