The hotel is old, not clean, smells bad. Looks like a 1 star hotel not 4. I do not recommend it.

The bell boys where really nice and room service and the shuttle was helpful.

The bathtub was to old.

Excellent facilities; the hotel looks nice and the pool is a nice addition to relax after a long flight. The hotel gives some sort of holiday atmosphere that makes you feel good (talking facilities only here). The room are spacious and clean and the best in terms of value for your money as to get better near the airport you have to go to the Mariott courtyard which is top notch but one grade above price-wise

The staff always seems tired and cannot be bothered to smile and the groom who was supposed to show me to my room made 6 steps all the way to the lobby door to then tell me "go to the end of the courtyard up there then there will be stairs and your room will be somewhere left above the stairs"... The food at the restaurant is at the level of a school restaurant if you take the buffet and got me sick... Order from the menu ! Lastly the faucet in the bedroom's bathroom was at the level of my knees which might be child friendly but is a pain when you are 180cm tall.

The price is a little to much. Thought it was 68.00 dollars a night and when checked out it was 103.00 per night

The room is in terrible condition. The bath had been painted at some point and now the paint is peeling. The wash basin is cracked. The carpets are in bad condition

Nice room, good location, reasonable price!

Front desk staff were terrible but other staff were friendly. Don't expect Much from the front desk, get checked in and enjoy the nice room and good location!

Airport shuttle and the restaurant staff

I had confirmation of a king size bed but was told that the only king beds available were smoking so I had to have a double queen bed room.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. There were a lot of phone calls to determine what was the problem, and eventually we were switched to a suite for our trouble.

Outdated, dirty hotel next to a festering garbage dump. Looks like a Ramada Inn from 1979. Horrible hotel.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the airport, and the fact that there were frequent shuttles back and forth. I was forced to stay in Mexico City due to a flight cancellation, and was concerned about the quality of a hotel chain that I had not used before. I was pleased to find a clean and attractive hotel, tasty buffet, excellent amenities for the price that I paid through Booking.com. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, as well.

At the beginning of our holiday we were 5 nights in the Hotel El Ejecutivo by Reforma, which is located in the center of Mexico-City. The Fiesta Inn we booked for the last night of our trip, because it is near the airport.

In the Fiesta Inn we got only a small bottle of water free of charge for cleaning our teeth. Another big bottle of water was payable (34 pesos). For the price of the room they could really offer 2 small bottles of water!! When I compare the room prices with the Hotel El Ejecutivo, where we got every day two small bottles of water, so it is ashamed for the Fiesta Inn to offer only one small bottle for two people!!!!!
