The location on the level above the main floor felt very secure. Rooms very well appointed. the bell-person (?) named Joel was incredible: we were 2 women traveling and he really took care of us. the hotel cafe/restaurant was priced too high and the food wasn't that great.

location was good and staff was helpful and friendly. the walls were so thin I heard the conversations in the next room. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in some time. One towel in the room only, dated furniture.

Localização excelente,na Alameda Central,5 min a pé do Zócalo e próximo a metro e metrobus!Fica dentro de uma galeria com varias opções de restaurantes! Muito barulho!Tanto do trânsito quanto dentro do hotel!Sei que isso não é por culpa do hotel,mas tive que ir ao corredor pedir silêncio para crianças que brincavam e gritavam no corredor a 1h da manhã!

El hotel esta ubicado dentro de un centro comercial, su acceso es restringido al resto del centro comercial, pero hace interesante este hotel, personal amable e instalaciones limpias y en buenas condiciones, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La excelente ubicación. Tienes cerca todo medio de transporte. Excelentes instalaciones y servicio de alimentos al cuarto. El personal muy atento. Excelente hotel para conocer el corazón de la Ciudad de México caminando.

Tiene buena ubicacion en la Av. Juarez. Además en la planta baja hay un centro comercial con un Food Court para comer. No me incluyeron desayuno y tenia q ir a desayunar a otro lado. No tienen pisina. El televisor no es pantalla plana, si no que es algo viejo y los canales de cable son bien pocos.
