All of it
Hotel location permit access to most important historic place of México City
Despite the good location, the entrance is complicated for first time guest to be orientated about to get to hotel lobby. More clear information is needed
Great location. Comfortable beds.
laundry service was overpriced
Comfortable bed, excellent service, reasonable taxi service to airport, view of Parque Alameda
Poor hotel restaurant. Italianna below the hotel in the mall area is much, much better.
Special thanks to Sen. Corel and Mrs. Vanesa
The location, close proximity to historical sites. The friendliness of the staff. Great hotel.
Everythng -- location -- lovely park across the street
The hotel is in front of the Alameda. Very covenient for the city center.
The hotel was very close to everything. There are several metro stations nearby. You can easily walk to the zocalo, to the museums, or to Reforma. Also there are different restaurants in the little mall below the hotel and when you are tired or it is late it is really nice to have them downstairs.
Right on the city center, nice staff and very comfortable.
Central location makes it easy to find everything you need within walking distance or from Hidalgo or Bellas Artes metro stations. Staff are very friendly and service oriented. Good breakfast buffet selection and good wifi service. Drip coffee maker in rooms.
Television playing loudly in breakfast room. No hand-held shower sprayer.
Free wifi (though a little spotty at times) Good location and staff Clean
Bed wasn't the most comfortable
I spent my last days in the hotel in a junior suite: it is really comfortable and great for working. If I ever decide do go back to Fiesta inn (which is not very likely) I would stay in one of those.
This is one of the worst wi-fi services that I have had in a hotel. If you are in a business travel and you need to stay connected, think about it twice. I also had a very bad experience with the phones at the rooms: I could not have a 5 minute call without experiencing problems (phone dying, voice fading)! This happened calling from my room, the business center, and from the main desk, which is pretty ridiculous.
big room wi fi in the room
Everything was good. Its a good location next to Hilton Hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Easy access to a central shopping mall where you could buy essentials and food.
Initially, I was given a price quote other than what I had booked for with Booking.Com. I am however hopeful that will be resolved before I leave.
Good location and attention. Convenient room.
Internet connection. Very slow. Bad for business use.
ubicated on nice place
