The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff sincerely tried to be helpful but results failed to meet expectations on a particular issue. The shower in my bathroom had virtually no water pressure and, at the same time, would not drain properly. I had water all over the bathroom floor because the drain did not work. The toilet did not flush properly. I filled to almost overflowing every time I tried to flush. The water did not return to a normal level for a long time. At one point, I went down to the bathroom on the first floor because I knew it was working. I mentioned the situation twice to the staff without a resolution to the problem.
