Excellente situation, proche du Zocalo et du port. Bon confort. mal insonorisé, par rapport aux bruits de la rue. la facture tait supérieure de 20% au voucher Booking, il a fallu parlementer pendant 15 mn pour aboutir au bon prix.

hotel tres agreable,tres bien situe juste a proximité du centre historique de veracruz et du port, quartier calme je n ai pas aimé la climatisation située au dessus de la reception et qui gache le sejour en vous mettant la grippe jaja

The hotel is awesome. Excellent staff, comfortable, huge rooms with great lcd tv, shower, beds, work table, coffee maker, closet, amenities, everything. Location is also great just a five minute walk from the Malecón shops and (the original) La Parocchia. San Pedro de ulua can be seem from the other side of the port and the other fort (can recall the name now) is just three blocks away. There's also beautiful places to walk nearby at the port and a huge block of "artesanias" hand-made souvenirs.

This was our first visit to Veracruz, scheduled for Carnaval 2011. The location one short block from the Malecon was perfect for all sightseeing and for viewing the Carnaval Parades. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was most helpful and the breakfast buffet extensive and tasty. If you visit for Carnaval, book early as the parades begin and end right at your front door! A great experience.

The professionals in Fiesta Inn were very polite in all situations. It was a good idea to have somre professionals from the hotel giving some tips about what to visit, etc, but it was not confortable to realize that their real intention was to sell the Fiesta Inn package.
