We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and always trying to solve our problems specially with the taxis! There was an extensive variety of food available for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is within a very touristic area, with a big variety of restuarants, but is away from the real center of the city. |

location is great and the rooms ha a lot of space. Personal try to do their best ( but don't ask for restaurants recommendations, they don't know). front rooms are very very noisy ( impossible to sleep at weekends). The bathroom was not clean ( they moved us to another room). They intend to be a 5 stars but in fact they are a low 4 stars. |

El personal es muy amable y tratan de ayudar en todo lo que uno solicita, la habitación es amplia, cómoda y agradable, los precios según lo que ofrecían por Internet El taxista que dependía del hotel y que nos transportó al aeropuerto, nos dio un billete falso de 200 pesos. |

A localizacao eh boa,proximo a metro e os funcionarios atenciosos. O hotel nao tem janelas anti-ruido, os quartos da frente sao muito barulhentos. Boa parte dos quartos sao para fumadores. Encontramos o banheiro sujo e tivemos de trocar de quarto. Em um dos dias saia agua de cor marron no chuveiro. Cafe da manha eh mediocre. Nao se trata em absuloto de um 4 estrelas. |
