Location, beautiful hotel
Got in late our first day. No lights where on No name of hotel outside. We stayed in junior suite could hear all restroom noise coming from master suite. Staff was real nice but for price of hotel you should have professionals. Other than that place is amazing
Beautiful setting and great location
The entrance of the hotel and the area where most of the rooms are is beautiful. The unfortunate thing is that there's one extra room out the back in the carpark. This is the room we got which is very disappointing when you've seen where all the other ones are! Once you get inside the room it's fine it's just a bit of an unfortunate location right near the road. I would suggest you make sure you don't get this room when making the booking.
The location was very convinient
They wanted to charge me with extra taxes and expensive rooms. No air conditioning, the receptionist wasn't very friendly... Overall I wouldn't stay there again.
Loved the location.
that the room was hot with no a/c . it was uncomfortable to sleep at night with a hot room. The king size bed was uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.
Very attractive small hotel with nice details. Very pretty courtyard and nice rooms.
Don't stay in the "suite blanco". Not only was it unacceptably tiny for the price we paid, but also, it was in the parking lot! I had asked to switch rooms but the only one available was the largest suite and it was more than double the price so we stayed with what we got. The hotel is lovely and service is good but this is not a luxury hotel. I think I saw either on booking or elsewhere that it was a five star. Nice place but FAR from a five star.
Too expansive, noisy.
Location and the bed of the suite were very good.
We went in December, the day before New Years eve. It was freezing and they did not provide any heating solutions (not a hot blower, or electric radiator). The main problem was the bathroom, it was extremely cold (freezing floors, thin single-glass windows). Only the room is nicely decorated, outside there is a tiny patio (not very nice). No seating place, no services to eat or have a drink. No entretainment. We pointed these things to the employees, they just looked at us with big smiles and lifted their shoulders, shake their heads and appologize, but did nothing about it. The price was extreme for the type of room and services provided. We paid over 200usd for this room. For that same amount we have stayed in rocking rooms in Las Vegas.
