Flamingo Hotel    

The Flamingo is a very comfortable hotel in a good location on the edge of the town and close to the waterfront. The staff are courteous and friendly the bar manager Ivan is an excellent "mine host" and a great source of local knowledge whose recommendations were greatly appreciated. This was our second visit.

It does take a while for the shower to run hot otherwise a good value for money hotel.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The selection of music at the aqua bar is great (jazz, relaxing music) and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is located very close to the main plazza and close to nice local restaurants for lunch and dinner.

We liked everything. The only detail I can think of is that the courtyard for breakfast feels a little small because of the high walls around it. That's the way things are built in Cozumel though so it's really not a big issue.

For my purposes this was the perfect hotel. It was clean, comfortable, economical and with very friendly staff, and withing walking distance to shopping, tours and and the pier to Playa del Carmen. I had no problem with the hot water that another traveler complained about.

Absolutely nothing. The next time I visit Cozumel this will be my hotel of choice.

I stayed 10 days in the Flamingo hotel. It was a great experience, the staff is super friendly! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel is located near to the beach, although this beach in not nice to relax during the day, therefore you are best of my renting a scooter which the hotel can refer you too. Overall I had a great time @ Flaming hotel!

The food is not that great, and quite expensive.

The free continental breakfast was resonably small, but larger paid breakfasts were available.

Extremely friendly staff: very helpful with great suggestions regarding the island. Perfect location, beach towels and brilliant strawberry margaritas! We felt very welcome. If we returned to Cozumel, we would definitely stay there again.

Nice place Closed to the ferry to Playa And to the Town Center

At our arrival, took in charge by the owner's son, no information about the Town the hotel, nothing. The Jacuzzi could be relaxing but is Green water... And on the room 31, during all the night, a hotel's floodlight is Shinning to the room's window.

The hotel is in excellent shape....well maintained and the rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated! Also, a delicious breakfast menu is offered each day with good coffee. On the roof is a great cold shower, cold tub, and places to sit and enjoy the views of the water and get some sun.

No hot water but this isn't such an issue since it is hot there!!!

Bon hotel, personnel sympa, le seul problème est que le nom n'est pas indiqué sur la devanture. Quand on arrive en voiture c'est galère.

Nastanitev je v bližini trajekta, lokacija je v centru mesta, pa vseeno prijetna in mirna. Osebje je izredno prijazno, pripravljeno pomagati na vsakem koraku. Priporočili so nam odličen Diving center Sergio Sandoval. Priporočamo ga vsem, ki v ta namen obiščejo Cozumel.

Kontinentalni zajtrk v tropih je na splošno no go....sicer dobiš za malo doplačilo karkoli, pa vseeno....bolje bi bilo dvigniti ceno za kakšen dolar in ponuditi zjutraj malo tropskega sadnega izobilja

Kein heisses Wasser waehrend vier Tagen Aufenthalt. Sehr inkompetentes Personal. Fruehstueck nur a la carte, kein Buffet und alles ausser Continental nur gegen satte Zuzahlung. Nachmittag und abends ist nur der Barmann als Ansprechpartner verfuegbar, alles andere Hotelpersonal verschwindet mittags, sehr unprofessionell. Hotelmanager hat beim Checkout behauptet bestaetigte Rate von booking.com wurde Steuern nicht enthalten und waeren zusaetzlich faellig.

L'hotel dista 5 minuti dall'imbarcazione da/per Kozumel, in meno di 200 metri trovi 5 noleggio motorini molto comodi per visitare la citta. L'hotel e' nuovo e il personale parla Inglese e Spagnolo. La camera era molto bella grande e spaziosa. Ci ritornerei sicuramente

Il prezzo per la colazione che era a parte il costo della camera ed è stato poco economico

Excelente trato y atención en todo momento, el personal solucionó todas mis necesidades aunque no fuesen solicitudes comunes, la habitación es amplia, cómoda, limpia y con un diseño muy atractivo. El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de todo.

El concepto de Hotel Butique urbano tipo Lounge está increíble. El personal es muy amable y con gran disposición.

Necesita mayor atención y mantenimiento en el roof garden (terraza), hacen falta mesas con sombrillas y los camastros actuales están en mal estado, sin duda un punto a mejorar pero que no va en demérito del hotel en general. Sería muy atractivo que tuvieran en lugar de una tima de hidromasaje, un jacuzzi en esa área. No tiene elevador, lo cual dificulta un poco el subir el equipaje por las escaleras. El desayuno podría ser mejor. Definitivamente sí regresaríamos, muy recomendable opción en Cozumel.

El hotel esta ubicado cerca del muelle donde deja el ferry por lo que tiene una buena ubicación y en la misma calle dos restaurantes muy buenos. Las habitaciones son bonitas y el chico que se encuentra por las tardes es estupendo y super amable.

A la llegada el aire acondicionado hacia ruido y nos cambiaron de habitación, en la nueva habitación no salia agua del grifo del lavabo y enseguida se arregló pero por la noche no salia agua de la ducha y la poca que salia era fría de esto ya no avisamos por lo que la estancia no fue muy agradable.
