This beachfront, adults-only resort is on Cozumel Island, just off Mexico’s Caribbean coast. It offers a flowing river-style pool, a tennis court, and amazing suites with a private balcony or terrace....

The crew want nice, everything is expensive, far from the center
All the facilities of the hotel - infinity pool, jacuzzi, sun beds were great and gives you great places to lay down with the ocean view... The hotel doesn't have beach but there is an entry to the sea water. Nice place if you want to rest.
The hotel is 3 km north from downtown so you need a 50-60 peso taxi to get there (one way). The beds are not so comfortable. Some of the sheets were a little bit dirty.
just come and do a picture!!
The pool in front of the ocean. The amazing view from the room.
The service was extreamly slow.breakfast takes half day long. After you check in they do not care about any issues. No mini-bar. EVERYTHING cost extra money.
The view is fantastic and that's it. הנוף מדהים אבל זה כל מה שיש למלון העלוב הזה להציע.
The staff, the uncomfortable bed, the mosquitos, the unclean pool, the food was very bed, the hotel located badly far away from center and does not offer solution like a grocery in the hotel.
The view of the ocean. The pool. The jacuzzi. Upgrade and take the room with the ocean view. Nice reasteraunt.
We had ants in our room so they move us to one of the rooms with the ocean view. Far from center, have to take a 60 peso cab.
View, exzellent room, Very helpful staff
Groups of daytourists
snorkeling off the dock, private beach beds, yoga on site, beautiful view, sunset cocktails from room, comfy bed and room facilities, water not in bottles (eco friendly), staff, easy check in checkout, location - not near cruise ships and tons of tourists
Loved the appearance of the outdoor areas. There were so many different spaces to relax. Not crowded. Friendly staff. Perfect ocean out front with great snorkelling. Clean crisp rooms. Will definitely stay here and will recommend to others.
We had an ant problem in our room...but not a big deal.
The hotel is minimalistic and representative of the island in general: Very white, clean, quiet, beautiful. It's a small hotel with only about 40 rooms, so it feels quite intimate. They provide some extras, like yoga classes, massages and a photography workshop, but these packages are not pushed on the guests, and are serious and of high quality. The rooms have solid air-conditioning. The rooms are big, and the ocean view is amazing; sea-facing rooms have a sizeable balcony with comfy reclining chairs. The hotel has two wifi networks, one that works in the front area and the other in the room. Neither network is fantastic, and they sometimes disappear, but this situation was acceptable to us. Don't go here if you need to work off the Internet. The front area of the hotel is divided into multiple mini-areas: There is the restaurant, which is open and faces the sea; then there is the mock beach area (the hotel doesn't have a beach proper), which is divided into two levels, bounded by natural volcanic rock, and outfitted with super comfy four-poster beds with canopies as well as recliners; next to this is a small jetty. Next to the restaurant is an area with acapulco chairs. Next to this is the pool, which is small but very good; it is surrounded by recliners and sun umbrellas, and also has a shallow half for young children. Then there is the bar, which doesn't have seating. Then a wooden, canopied area with hammocks and chairs. Finally there is a lone jacuzzi mounted on a bit of volcanic rock with a single sun chair. (The jacuzzi's interior is painted red, which is a bit awkward; it looks like a pool of blood.) In other words, this division means that you have some flexibility in choosing between different spots depending on what you feel like at the moment. The bar has decent drinks (and they serve the entire front area of the hotel, so it's easy to get anything while you're sunbathing, say).
The hotel attracts a lot of daypass guests who, while we were there, were uniformly loud and unruly 20-somethings who occupied the entire pool area almost the whole day, dove screaming from the jetty and shouted to each other from opposite ends of the hotel. We're not a lot older than they were, but still found them annoying. I would suggest the hotel be a little stricter about noise. The mix of music they play is pretty much the same one every day. It gets on your nerves eventually. I'd prefer no music at all. The hotel is full of microscopic little ants. I suppose it's probably a natural phenomenon that's unavoidable; I'm not sure if they could do anything to prevent it, and I never asked. Nevertheless, it's an annoyance. The hotel is located 4-5 minutes from town by car. Taxis charge about 50-60 pesos per trip, plus tip, so keep this in mind when calculating the total cost of the trip.
EXCELLENT value for money.
Modern hotel with nice facilities and beautiful sea views. Spacious, clean rooms with small balcony looking out to the sea. Good restaurant, so no need to go downtown for dinner (taxi to downtown costs between 60 and 80 peso depending on the whim of the driver - and they usually "have no change"). Divers who have to leave early in the morning can ask for a breakfast to go.
The Wifi only worked in the lobby and restaurant areas. The 2 bikes available for rental are in bad shape. I felt it is not appropriate to charge guests for the use of the bikes, especially if they are not properly maintained. I was also occasionally disturbed by a hum coming from a machine room next to my room. The hotel seems to be very popular with twentysomethings and older guests might feel "crowded out" by these kids.
The location on the water, the architectural design allowing for full enjoyment of the sea, the style of furnishings was tasteful and befitting of the place
The ocean view. The dust cover on the hotel bed.
Insects, birds diving for food, pest in general. I had to see desk clerk for a spoon to take to my room even though the restaurant was open and staffed. The dust cover on the bed was overpriced.
The hotel has the best facilities around cozumel but you dont have to pay so much money to enjoy them!!! You can pay 200 pesos to enjoy the facilities (pool, hot tub) and have drinks and food all included.
We loved this hotel! Excellent value for money, kind staff and brilliant location. Lovely to chill by the pool, jump into the sea, yoga or diving. Being upgraded we were so grateful and the view was absolutely stunning. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The cocktails need a little work to make them the perfect accompaniment to relaxing by the water and I'm afraid we had dinner in the restaurant one night which was not great. If these two things could be perfected the hotel would be outstanding.
Location, food, staff- we returned to this location twice during our 7 day stay. Pool is beautiful, rooms are great.
Wi-fi doesn't work in the rooms. No English-speaking TV channels.
The pool The amazing view from the rooms Access to the ocean
The wifi No minibar in the room
Sea views, breakfast options, concept
Located a couple of miles north of San Miguel so nice and quiet. Small hotel - only 44 rooms - so suited us. The hotel has spacious and well thought out beach front facilities- popular pool (which we never bothered using because we are snorkellers), nice outdoor jaccuzzi, good range of shaded and unshaded lounging areas. Beach towels provided There is great snorkelling straight off the hotel pier and steps into the sea. The water is 6 to 10 metres deep immediately but close to shore there is little current and we had no problems without fins. Crystal clear water and masses of fish and some nice bits of coral on the sea rock walls. Some of the best snorkelling we had on the island. All the staff were helpful and pleasant - especially reception who were happy to help and advise in English. Ocean view rooms had great views. Hotel has a nice ambience and artwork lying about (for sale) that adds to the experience. The restaurant is well designed with indoor and shaded outdoor areas (but see what we did not like). The rooms are well equipped and the wifi and air conditioning worked well for us.
Sadly the food in the restaurant lets this hotel down. It is edible but very uninspired and not cheap. We ate only one dinner in the hotel (first night) which was far from memorable and thereafter ate main meals elsewhere much better and usually a bit cheaper (although Cozumel like most of Yucatan is not cheap for eating out). Included American Breakfast was big enough (fruit or juice, choice of hot dish, coffee and toast) but the worst type of supermarket fluff bread and the same tasteless strawberry "jam" and pretty awful coffee four days running is not a good record for what claims to be a five star hotel. Do not get me wrong - I would still recommend this hotel because otherwise it is a great little hotel to stay in but it is just disappointing that the food is so uninspired. The bathroom area in the rooms is split between a basin area with reasonable space and a toilet/shower room which is pretty small. It all works but you need to remember to keep the toilet/shower door shut or smells will come into the room. (It is designed to vent away from the room and does this well if the door is kept shut.) If I was paying the advertised hotel price for the room rather than the discount rate available from all the main website bookers I think I would be disappointed with the size of the shower/toilet area. Paying the discounted rate I thought it was reasonable and the bed and living area space and balcony were all very comfortable. The hotel has four rooms which do not have a sea view. I cannot comment on these other than to say that personally at this hotel I think a sea view is a significant part of the experience.
Location overlooking sea even though a 3 k taxi ride to town. Panoramic windows and bed facing sea.infinity pool overlooking sea . No real beach but ok for snorkelling.
Slow service even when cafe quiet. Food ok but a little overpriced as were the drinks, except happy hour when beers and cocktails two for one. Had tried to be ethnic and boutique hotel but this had faded and now just a small three star . BED mattress hardest we have had in over a hundred round the world hotels. Stiff every morning.
Beautiful location in such a gorgeous place. Very relaxing.
There was a large group of people who really took over the place. They played loud music in the pool area late into the night and no staff did anything about it. I had to complain which I have never done before. It also felt that we were intruding on their territory. The staff could handle this better. Also the food in the restaurant could have been a bit better
Quality food Loud dance music all day, also during your lunches in the restaurant Friendly, but unprofessional service Vulgar crowd
The location of the hotel is fantastic, right and the ocean. Excellent for snorkeling. The staff is very helpful.
It does not have to do with the hotel itself, but I got itchy lesions on my skin from swimming in the ocean. Bring some Cortizone cream just in case.
