During the first night the front desk telephoned our room at 1:50 am and demanded we come down to the front desk because they over charged our visa 10 times the correct amount. Scared the hell out of us since we we have daughter going to have a baby anytime. They could not credit my visa correctly for 3 days after standing at the front desk. Cuartos muy viejos y aunque los limpien no se ven bien, el refrigerador no funciona. Sólo te dan una sola llave por cuarto y si la pierdes te cobran 130 pesos, es ridículo. Tienen mucho personal que pierde el tiempo miserablemente,el dueño deberia pensar en contratar gente profesional para la atención de la clientela, ya que el hotel no es nada economico.
