Hotel background street has a Taqueria with music and in the 2nd floor it was very noisy during the day

Excellent breakfast, flexible schedule All means of transport at your door

Surroundings not so good in the evening/night: couples, drunks. A non recommendable atmosphere.

The breakfast items were plentiful and despite the buffet style service, the servers were very attentive in refilling my coffee, offering additional rolls, etc.

1. My room's toilet flushing mechanism broke on two consecutive days; imegine having to put my hand in the toilet water tank to flush it before calling the housekeeping for help. 2. The WiFi which was supposed to be available in the lobby area did not make the connection for the first two days of stay, despite the help of the front office staff. Never was I so relieved at finding a Starbucks near the hotel so I could check my important incoming mails. 3. A request for a 4 a.m. wake-up call made to a group of three female receptionists behind the front office desk never came. I was so glad I had my own alarm-clock set, just to make sure, else I would have missed my early morning fllght. The staff at the time of check-out did not even extend an apology.

I was MUGGED in their elevator. Thank God I got away scot-free, but their security sucks. The hotel did not even offer an apology and I am very happy that I defended my belongings. Everything was taped by the elevator camera... The hotel claims to have wi-fi everywhere. Not true. They only have the service, albeit poor, in the lobby. My room was very dark: it faced a huge concrete wall. I called to report that the smoke alarm was beeping (signaling it needed a battery change) and they never fixed it!

Value for money! Great selection of food during breakfast. And great location. Friendly staff.

Rooms are a little old. And the floor is not even, you would think it's slanting. Noisy during the day, but it's expected because of its central location.

Good Location, 5 mins. to the main palaza and shopping centre. a little bit noisy because there is a street outside. beautiful classic decalaration in the lobby and corridor but old in the room.

Very good location, near the downtown, at one step of the metro station, confortable instalations, excelent brekfast. If I will return to Mexico, I will book the hotel fontan reforma without doubt.

The service was good. Breakfast was more than I expected for that prize.

Me encanto la relacion hotel precio, la atencion en el restaurante muy amables y el buffet bueno. Solo un detalle el mal olor que viene de fuera, si le pusieran sellador a las ventanas creo que solucionaria el problema. Bell boys muy amables.

El servicio en recepcion muy malo, llegamos y no nos dieron ni la bienvenida, estuvimos esperando a que nos atendieran ya que uno estaba muy metido en la computadora y la otra persona haciendo una llamada personal. Cuando necesitabamos algo de la recepcion era esperar aun sin otras personas en esta.

La ubicación, los servicios, el acceso a los sitios de interés para los turistas, buena atención del personal y excelente comida. Lo recomiendo.

Habia un mal olor en toda la planta baja a gases fecales, el acceso wi-fi fallaba mucho y en la habitación un ruido producto de los aires acondicionados del teatro que esta al lado.

La ubicación, el personal muy agradable y servicial, y el desayuno bufe.

El ruido externo y el aire acondicionado también muy ruidoso.

recepção muito confusa a primeira diaria tive que pagar no ato e muito mais cara, mesmo com a reserva na mao eles nao aceitarão dizendo que havia sido cancelada, fiz outra na hora via internet nao aceitarão porque nao tinha como imprimir a reserva fiz mais tres

La ubicación del centro histórico es muy buena, a solo unas cuadras. Y cómodo para desplazarse hacia otros puntos de la ciudad en diferentes formas de transporte. Buenos desayunos.

Las duchas no funcionan bien. Estuvimos en dos habitaciones y en una no había suficiente agua, y costaba regular la temperatura. En la segunda habitación el agua casi no calentaba y el agua se empozaba en la ducha.

En especial el trato amable de todos y el interés por ayudar a resolver cualquier situación.

El servicio de comunicaciones de fijo a móvil en el exterior.

Localização. Café da manha bom, porem muita comida mexicana pesada e apimentada, pra quem gosta. Mas sempre outras opções.

Se preparem para o barulho da avenida de frente. por isso a boa localização. Eu tentei fazer o check out perto da meia noite, pois ia sair bem cedo as 5. O funcionario disse que estava tudo ok e bastava entregar as chaves. Na saída me cobraram as outras 4 diárias, pois só tinham cobrado a primeira. Porem eles retiveram meu papel de reserva e não pude provar que o café-da-manha estava incluído, resultado,,,taxi esperando, voo pra sair, tive que pagar, CUIDADO! |Sem falar que o cambio do dolar usado pelo hotel foi extremamente abusivo, caro demais.

Dat we direct in onze kamer mochten, terwijl we om 8.15 aankwamen. Geweldig na zo'n lange vlucht. De ligging dicht bij het centrum.

We hadden wel wat geluidsoverlast.
