Location. Being Terrible Staff! Completely lost... don't care to do what you ask them to do, yet, they impose a donation without asking whether you are actually interested in donating to a who-knows NGO. Very noisy room... I could listen TV sets and conversations from the two contiguous rooms, even if volume and voices were in moderation. The light above the washbasin remained flashing after turning it off.

la comodidad, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal,el baño bien equipado, las toallas de buen tamaño, en general excelente no, solo que creo que las llamadas locales no las deberian cobrar

Que esta ubicado en el mejor centro comercial de veracruz, no tuvimos que utilizar el coche, todo lo encontramos ahi mismo. Una razon por la que escogimos este hotel es por que tenia alberca techada, esta vez el domo estaba descompuesto y no pudimos utilizar la alberca por el mal tiempo.
