Nice hotel and great value for money, the pool and roof terrace was really good. The rooms are good standard, staff are helpful and the location is excellent, close to zona rosa stores and restaurants. The only thing that does not make this hotel perfect is that there is no free wifi.

Great Place, located at the heart or Mexico City. Everything is nearby. The Staff is very professional, the room was very clean, flat screen, cooler/heater. The staff made me wait a very long time to check in, they said they hadn't received the info from Booking.com yet. Also I didn't liked at all that just as I was getting out of the shower in a towel, a staff member tried to open the door (just to check the minibar, that in fact was locked, and remained that way all the time) if it weren't for the door lock I had just put before taking my bath. I actually heard the guy knocking and shouting door by door just to check the minibar.

Reception staff really friendly - Air Condition barely cools down - Staff during breakfast not really attentive - Part of the buffet, was cold (potatoes) - Why is the minibar closed and asking to open it, resulted that the next day it was closed again - Poor variety of TV channels, especially not in english

Price, location, clean, comfort Have to pay for Internet connection and not only that but it is for 24 hrs and for each device. I am sure most travelers feel the same way At least make it a one time fee for all your devices for the length of your stay. You'll get my business all the time

Nice hotel at a good location but it needs some renovation. The price is high and since I have stayed at other hotels in the city you can get a better hotel for the price. Internet , the fact that you have to pay extra and on top of that it was not working and on the second day somebody came and changed the wi-fi on the floor and it worked. These days internet is free everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Centrally located. The Plaza dining room staff seemed to be in a constant rush - they need to slow down so patrons can relax.

It was nice having the gym and swimming pool on the roof. The equipment was dated but usable. The swimming pool was a bit worn also but again usable. There was a reasonable variety for breakfast. Location was great. Cost very reasonable. Not much choice in the restaurant for vegans.

Initially I was scared by other people comments, however, we took the junior suite, and it was ok, even if it was nothing really exceptional. Regarding the price, I don't really know Mexico city, but I have got a lot better in Los Angeles or Panama city for the same price. - Location is great - Room was ok and clean, furnitures were good and new. - Bed could be hard for some people. - Staff was really helpful (including Reception and taxi from hotel) It would not bother me at all to come back to this hotel.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and we were offered an interim room in a smokers' level. We were then moved to a room as requested. A nice gesture from the staff.

Room was very comfortable, the staff could speak english, what is very unusual in mexico. They were really helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, it is very close to the main passage of zona rosa, where you can go for a drink or just eat the delicious breakfast. Metro is approx. 10 minutes away from the hotel, what makes the hotel rooms very silent. The bathrooms are really nice, and very clean.Generally the rooms are quite big, in comparison to other hotels I ve been to. The soft carpets which are laid in the entire hotel are something really nice... The fixtures were quite old. There was no fridge in the room, what I think is a must, if we talk about five stars hotels. The minibar in the hotel room was empty...
