After fighting with management (took 24 hours) about failing to honour our booking made SIX months prior to arriving, we finally were given the room we booked and was exactly what we booked thru booking.com. Very very clean, super air conditioning, cleaning crew impecable and all restaurants & buffet staff super friendly and helpful. Beyond front desk/check in issues hotel is good & value for dollar. The hotel constantly tells incoming guests that hotel over booked (over heard this told to so many other people checking in throughout the eight days we were there). Tried to shuffle my family of five to another hotel for four nights of our stay and not honour our booking. Completely disgusted by the management's attitude, no appologies or sorry for the inconvenience. Three hungry exhausted children under nine and hours of waiting to get checked into hotel.

all inclusive with a good varity of local as well as international cuisine. The room we had afforded a fantastic view of the ocean but my children ( now adults ) had no view. Good for families with young children. One member of the staff Rolex was extremely informative and courteous and helpful and we will always remember his kindness and helpfullness. l Very noisy because of the children Young children occupied the adult pool and not the kiddies pool The sea was quite rough at times and the water had lots of sea weed Got no hot water in the shower the next morning. We upgraded to the Royal and my son forgot a white gold chain and a silver cross pendant with diamonds. It was never returned although we reported the matter the next day when he realised the chain and pendant we re missing

Pedí un Grand Master with Ocean View, la cama y los accesorios de lso baños eran muy buenos. Actividades entretenidas en la alberca. La relación Costo-Beneficio no se me hizo buena. Para lo que es una habitación Grand Master, la zona VIP a pesar de que tiene lo indispensable, me pareció un poco discreto. Por otro lado, me pareció de mal gusto esconder las botellas de champagne

El Hotel es espléndido. El personal brinda una excelente atención y las habitaciones son comodisimas. No me gustó que hice cita en el spa para un masaje, el día asignado, habían pasado 25 minutos y no me atendían por lo que decidí cambiar la fecha, el día asignado, llegue 5 minutos tarde y ya no me quisieron atender, me pidieron que moviera de nuevo la cita, pero yo preferí cancelar.
