    Nice vacation! Nice rooms, we had two at the VIP floor which I recommend! Food is good maybe not 5 star quality. Best staff at the beach and restaurant. Breakfast at Sunrise is the best!

    Amazing staff, extremely friendly, always willing to go the extra mile (except a very rude waiter at the Italian restaurant).

    The food was pretty bad in general (even for all inclusive places). There were two a-la-carte restaurants, of which one was closed. Both needed reservations (I can't comment on the quality, because I could not get a reservation for my family). The buffets were awful. And they only offered the cheapest spirits, the only item that was drinkable was the beer.....unless you are 20, 21. The checking process was incredibly slow. The front desk staff suggested to upgrade us to a different room to avoid the noise at night (he was not kidding), problem is that the additional price per night was pretty hefty. I would not recommend this place.

    The price for all-inclusive is in-deed including everything, especially the tips. No one lingers for their tips, even when delivering room services. To me, the tipping thing is the most annoying thing I found in Mexico. And here, I found the peaceful and comfort with goods services. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The other good thing here is you can dine in all of their restaurants, just remember to make a reservation for the couples of special restaurants. Some other review said you could try your luck to go late without a reservation. And, yes, luck that you need. Sadly, I didn't have it. But the food in other restaurants are quite good. Though, one dessert I had with ice cream wrapped inside was awful. Breakfast buffet at the pool side restaurant is barely a pass, I preferred the breakfast options from room service. Drinks are good enough for me, I rarely drink, so am not qualified for more comments in this department. My room is very clean and have quite some choices of English channels on TV. All-in-all, I'm satisfied with what I've paid for, 190 USD/night.

    Thin walls I agree. I was waken up around 5 in the morning by a group of young people gathering outside my door for leaving early. They're loud despite the early hour. I have a room facing the parking lot, I don't feel very safe with such arrangement, as there's only a low fence between my ‘terrace‘ and the cars. I kept my curtains closed all the time to have some privacy. The swimming pool is quite small, cannot do laps. It's just supposed for relax and social I guess.

    Value! "Big Mac" the waiter on the beach 6th Floor Room 2603 was great! Huge bathroom!

    Beach seemed a bit dirty with litter here and there. Room 2726 was dark and smelled. Trash outside on our terrace. Beach access w/ cabana is a poor value as you have 3 rows of other cabanas and chairs in front of you. Bathrooms were very small. We were not provided with turn-down service. Liquor was not made available - we had to ask for them to bring it. Light switch in bedroom shocked us.

    The hotel was all round fairly good, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean, the food was good and the all inclusive in general was good value for money. I went for spring break and thought the overall experience in Cancun was amazing.

    I felt the whole culture of the hotel had a rip off feel. The hotel put us in a "free upgrade" on the first night in an incredible room with a great ocean view for us to then be moved on our second night to a room which was meant to have a lagoon view, we had a view of the car park. In my opinion this was just a ploy to try and get you to upgrade. The restaurants which are a part of the all inclusive were impossible to book unless you wanted to eat at 10:30pm. Our mini bar didn't stock beer which it said it would and the room service didn't provide beers either.

    The kids club facilities and staff we're great!

    No food variety in the restaurants. The walls are paper thin- you can hear Everything!

    The beach is very nice and clean.

    The rooms look very old, the hotel is extremely noisy as there are lots of families. If you are vegetarian, don' t expect to find many options for the food.Is not a 5* hotel.

    Me and the wife did the all-inclusive package-multiple restaurants and bars to get food/drinks. Two specialty restaurants were excellent, if u can get a reservation...do it right when u ckin or it won't be available. Food in general good, anyone that said food horrible is probable a very picky eater who thinks they're at a top end resort (this is a very good resort for the price). Was pleasantly surprised at how they ck on whether u have food allergies in most of the restaurants. Plenty of lounge chairs available in sun assuming this is due to us going week prior to "winter break" for northeast US. Not sure how it would be during full capacity at resort. Staff was very good

    Activity/Events not really explained to guests. It's on there handout given during ckin but info can be confusing. Prime location lounge chairs reserved early in morning by guests leaving towels and not showing up for next 3 hours...totally rude and parents letting young kids in main pool when they have a "kids" pool available (not blaming staff, just fellow guests). Some gym equipment needs to be replaced/repaired but I made due.

    Location is good.

    One of the worst hotels in my life. Food was terrible, after 3 days of this all inclusive pigs food we stopped eating this and switched to regular restaurants outside of the hotel. Majority of rooms are with backdoor/trash/parking views and they actively try to sell you upgrades with sea view. One day they came to count us in our room as if there is some illegal guests... So my strong advise choose another hotel there are plenty of them!

    Excellent beach (wide, sandy, well equipped) Very good service Wide choice of food Maria's and Sunset Grill restaurants are excellent The hotel itself and rooms is extremely pleasant A lot of investment in entertainment for guests

    Sushi in the restaurants are only a source of frustration (better to cancel them at all) Italian restaurant - the level of food is not very good

    Great service, nice rooms and really good facilities

    I was expecting that the food and drinks will be of higher quality (especially in the restaurants for which a reservation is needed). I don't know how it compares to other all-inclusive hotels in that aspect.

    The hotel charged my travel card twice and so was left with no money for the rest of my trip. When I had discovered this issue I approached front desk and they denied ever doing so. I showed them bank statements etc but they still disregarded my complaints and staff were extremely rude. Reception desk has 1-2 workers on during peak times and upon arrival we waited almost an hour to see someone to check in. Disgusting considering it is a 5 star hotel. The hotel is overpriced and our room was located in a horrible position. At 3am one night the garbage was collected and I was kept awake for 45 minutes because of how loud the trucks were. The bins must have been located extremely close to the lot of rooms we were staying in. Not smart. Food was quite nice however not enough variety.

    Location is excellent, in between the bar/disco/shopping malls and "la isla" (big shopping mall). The food is quite good and you almost never have to wait to be seated. There is always people available for helping you. The Spa section is quite good. There is an extra charge for massages but at reasonable prices. Outside the Spa there is a Jacuzzi you can use free of charge either if you take massages or not.

    I forgot something in my room after the check-out, I called 1 day later (as soon as I arrived home) but the hotel's lost and found service "didn't find" anything.

    Most of the staff was really nice

    The lobby felt like a cheap mall. Too loud and crowded. Every part of the hotel was slowing signs of wear. The bathroom was gross!

    perhaps good value for money, but not during new year holidays, amazing service at any bar, u never wait more than a minute, good beach, ok rooms

    very unfriendly reception staff, all facilities r outdated, food is not tasty and restaurants r full of smog, security staff not allow friends who stayed at other hotels to come even at the reception, for the whole week didn't manage to get beach towel as they were running out of them every time i come to get one. do not even think to take room with lagoon view, as outside very noisy air condition system and u cant sleep even with closed window, so have to upgrade to sea view any way.

    staff were great. Food options very adequate.

    rooms, other than the suites, are very loud. Hallway sounds and door closing are amplified into the rooms.

    The staff were amazing, especially Jamie who worked in the main buffet at lunch and dinner!

    The food was a bit sub par, also they could have a few more beers included in the all inclusive.
