The beach-chairs are inconvinient and when the hotel is full there is lack of beach-chairs. The entrance into the see could be better.

Stayed at Riviera - Rooms were clean and large. Japanese and Chinese restaurants were very good. 24hour bars were very much appreciated by my 20 year olds kids. Colonial pool was a good central location.

The food was average. Better at the Barcelo. Mediteranian restaurant food was just awful. Five of us had a meal and not one was good...we left early. We were at the Riviera - very far from the other end of the hotels. If you have little kids or elderly parents with you...pick the Colonial. Guy driving the transport train to the Riviera crashed with us on it, could have seriously hurt many people. Not much shopping.

It's a beautiful facility that exhibits superb amenities and thoughtful design.

Although the food preparation at the buffet restaurants was generally very consistent and of high quality, the restaurants that offered individual service were very inconsistent in terms of food quality and preparation. As a result, we preferred to dine at the buffets which offered a greater array of choices and no waiting.

Si tratta di un complesso di 4 alberghi, uno accanto all'altro (evidentemente dello stesso proprietario) provvisti di piscine, ristoranti, spiaggia privata, spa, giardino, teatro ecc. Con l'ausilio di un trenino si può andare da un hotel all'altro per usufruire dei servizi che, quindi diventano comuni. Molto organizzato, è un maxi-villaggio vacanze con ristoranti a buffet, a la carte, campo da golf, immersioni subacquee e tanto altro ancora. Le stanze erano molto belle, eleganti, dotate di ogni comfort. Essendo l'hotel all- inclusive, danno anche le bevande: vino, birra, coca e tanti succhi di frutta tropicale fresca. Bisogna ritornarci

La qualité , la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel dans son ensemble . La réactivité en cas de problème. La discrétion et le soin apporté aux chambres par le personnel de nettoyage Le choix des soins au Spa, les services restaurants et bars.

Nous sommes venus pour les sports nautiques. Hors, durant notre séjour de 8 jours, le vent était sous les 5 Noeuds sauf 2 jours pendant lesquels le responsable des sports nautiques nous a refusé la possibilité d'utiliser les planches à voile et les catamarans,la raison invoquée était qu'il y avait trop de vent ..... Le vent était environ de 15 Noeuds, vitesse a laquelle on commence à pouvoir utiliser correctement une planche à voile ou un Catamaran , et c'est loin d'être une force de vent cyclonique !! Mes ados ont été très déçus car ils n'ont pas pu faire de sports nautiques pendant ce séjour. Conclusion: le niveau de compétence des responsables des sports n'est pas suffisant . D'autre part, et pour cette raison, il n'y a pas de bateau de sécurité dans la zone utilisable , indispensable à la pratique des sports nautiques

Excelente resort!

Apesar de ser um excelente resort, seus restaurantes temáticos fecham muito cedo, às 22:30
