I had a few problems in my room and they dont fix it and the staff are very poor
The facilities are superb particularly the pools and the beach. There is also an excellent choice of places to eat

The food was average to below average in both portion size and quality tHE service was poor and it took an inordinate amount of time to receive our food in the restaurants I think the systems in place for the staff to deal with are the problem,the staff seemed to work very hard but the are not supported by the system of service in place also the restaurants were very hot the drinks were watered down and of poor quality almost as if poor quality of alchohol was used.

Beach outside of hotel was incredible.
Staff were poorly organised and generally uninformed. We had to tell reception how much our accomodation total was as they didnt have this on their system?? Room wasnt set up for 3 perspns despite booking a triple. No fresh towels until we asked. Many bars and restaurants mysteriously closed. They enforced food and drink maximum orders despite paying for all inclusive.
The shower had lots of pressure
First of all this is NOT a five star hotel maybe in mexico but NOT in the rest of the world.. First two night there we didn't have a cover on the bed just a sheet.. The TV went out and it took 6-8 phone call and 2 hour later to get it replaced.. The shower that has the great pressure well the tub doesn't drain.. you get two shower in about 6-8" of water at your feet... called about that and it on lt took three days to get fixed... and when you make a reservation for one of these all day trip to a park try and make sure they call it in so you don't get left behind.. the stall if very unfriendly, and everything is extra like a lock for the safe if you have any valuables.. the wifi is extra and if you want to do entertainment make sure you find out what days you can do it cause nothing is every OPEN and if you want extra water they act like its coming out of there pockets then you got the NOISEY AC that DONT get the room Cold all in all the place SUX Dave Frost 817-564 2240 call for more detail
The food is very bad
The food was good.
The customer service was horrible. The worst I have received ever. The rooms smelled bad. It smelled like mold and at one point I had a hard time breathing because of it. We couldn't find any water bottles on the resort unless you bought them when it's suppose to be all inclusive. The lock for the safe was not included. Had to call housekeeping more than 5 times throughout the whole day to get new towels, so we waited a whole day and until we called angry they came. I would never stay at this resort again. Never trading the RIU resort chains again now they are all inclusive with great customer service.
Beautful ocean, beach, but if you want to have godd sun beds - they cost 15 USD per day. Disco at the beach starts with good music at about 8pm, but after 10pm they play bad pop music
Paying for a safe lock. Paying for Internet. No umbrellas neither at the pool, nor at the beach (only for additionally paid beds at ibiza beach club). Service and Stuff are not even close to 5stars hotel We've booked "Stylish standart double room with ocean view, private terrace and spa bath" at 5 stars building but the room given was more then awfull! It was not stylish at all, old dirty rooms, broken wadrobe's door, nonworking toilet, showering installation was fixed at the wall and could not be moved, moreover it was old and there were cracks around it and on the ceiling. Curtains, the table everithing was dirty, safe locker was not work, phone was not working. Person from the Reception promised to send somebody to clean the room and repair the toilet in 30minutes, but nobody came that day at all. Next day we get the room in another building (called Piramyde) for extra pay. It was much better. But we had to call everyday to clean the room, to provide towels, to bring shampoo etc. Food in the restaurants eatable, the best ones are Market place and VIP Lounge. All the restaurants opens later then they should in acordance with their shedule. I would never recommend anybody this hotel
The location is amazing and have to say one of better beach accessories (stage, beds, etc). For sure the best part of the hotel. Facilities are quite good, the pool, the spa, gym, towel service is nice, towels feel fluffy and new. Staff is nice and helpful. Great breakfast, and buffets have quite a choice.
Drinks are quite bad for my personal taste. Small plastic glasses and to much ice in drink. No cocktail bar, having only basic drinks and mixes. Buffet food is always to cold. I don't like there is no place where you can get the food all the time. Higher end restaurants (grand only) are not so high end. WiFi can't be charged to room instead you need to pay online, or buy prepaid in machine.

The clubs and bars closed early so at 1 A.M you can't find drinks you have to go to the downtown. No air conditioning at the lobby. What's make it uncomfortable to stay

I loved the property.
My dryer was broken, called for 3 days and only received broken promises of getting one. Very frustrating. Also my neighbors were so noisy at 3 am.

The beach was nice and was accessible from the hotel.
Floors were wet when we arrived and there were towels all over the floor. I slipped and fell in the room and my ankle swelled up making it hard for me to walk around the resort. We got food from one of the burger places cause it was almost impossible to get into one of the restaurants. We took our food back to the room so I could ice my ankle and I called the front desk to see about a microwave to warm it. They told me someone would be right up to warm our food and bring it back but no one ever showed up! Then I tried to call the front desk for the next hour but there was no answer. The icing on the cake that night was when my bf got into the shower and the shower head flew off and water went everywhere getting all my make up and toiletries wet. That's when I went down to the front desk to let them know everything that had happened for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for me because there was no one to help me until 9 am the next morning. So I waddled back up to my room to eat my cold dinner and clean up the water from my stuff. The next morning I went down to guest services for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for me but give me free wi fi. Which was 10$ a night! Another thing that I was disappointed in is that the food at the buffet was cold all 3 times we went and the restaurants you could order from we're impossible to get in or closed. The all inclusive liquor was watered down and they had well liquor only unless you wanted to pay for premium. All in all the stay was a bust and I thought with the reviews I had read this was a good pick but then found out first hand that the oasis is nothing but a glorified spring break resort that was def not worth the money or headache.

understaffed. It takes too much to get a seat in any of the restaurants. They should implement the reservation in every restaurant that is not buffet so everyone will know when they need to be there instead of being waiting on line for over 1 hour just to be seatted

Pool and location and great.
Room had a leak in it and had to line up for all the restaurants but it was over new years. Some of the service was super slow though.
Lovely resort. Good food and selection of restaurants. Gorgeous beach. All staff other than reception staff. Shows in the foyer were worth seeing and the pop up skits around the resort during the day were good fun.
Reception staff!!! Being put in a standard room despite paying for sunset room and being lied to by reception staff who said we had sunset room. Standard room had mouldy pillows, no spa bath (we paid extra for a room with one and didn't get one even when we were moved after 2 nights). Plugs in bathrooms didn't work and when pulled out, had bits of hair, blood, slime stuck on them - gross!!! (We had 2 rooms and this was the case in both). Ask to see your room first before you pay anything. Contact to Booking.com via app did not render a response with them and we were shocked with one woman's comment on reception "You haven't got the right room because you booked with Booking.com". Another family in the resort got the same sort of comment thrown at them.
