The gym. The treadmill was OLD and didn't work. One of bikes was broken. The phamlet showed it very different. The air contioner made lots of noise when u turned it on. Not much of a gym

Friendly greeting, beautiful room, shuttle service to airport. Cafe/bar with tv blaring during the dinner hour. No wonder there were no guests in it. We would order room service if we come again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good with friendly waiters, The room televison was totally worthless. There was no reasonable content, and most station reception was horrible, to non-useable. There were no brochures or maps available to even understand where you were. Internet access was up and down and the staff was unable to indicate which of many signals to use. The enviornment outside the hotel offers nothing, and I would not go out at night.

Cheap rates. Beautiful room . the doorsmen were very respectful and funny. The waiters were great, funny.wish you had a person to show us around a little, if you get there early, sure there is so much to see. No continentel breakfast. Had to pay for a bottle of water (15 pesos). One bill for total dinner of 4. the woman at the cash was nonresponsive at the resteraunt, no emotion at all.

Very spacious room, nicely decorated, with good shower. Near the airport with shuttle operating all night. Restaurant downstairs had friendly staff. Staff were a bit abrupt. Had to pay $2 for ice. Restaurant's pasta was overcooked.

The location was so close to the airport. It was great having a very nice but small restaurant at the hotel. The menu had a great selection and our choice of rib steak and a mexican dish was very delicious. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Thought the breakfast buffet was a bit over priced for what you got. Our room was very nice and the bed was comfy. We have overnighted many times in Mexico City and I would recommend the Grand Prix hotel to all my friends. Also the free shuttle is a bonus! Honestly, I have no dislikes! Just keep in mind that if you do arrive late the restaurant is closed and there is really no where to eat near by.

Fast (5-10 mins) and convenient pick-up from the airport. A clean solution to stay in close vincinity from the airport but more affordable than other hotelas at the airport

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was clean and pleasant, modern, very big and confortable bed. We had a nice sleep. The hotel is located in the airport area. Good free Wifi connection. The hotel has a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast for a small fee. Staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Free shuttle to / from airport.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport. The staff were very pleasant. The room was well appointed and the bed linens were lovely. I ate in the dining room and was very pleased with the service. The food was good but not fabulous. 1. The lighting was inadequate. It was too dark and very bad light for applying makeup. 2. The bed looked lovely but was too hard. 3. The internet connection was problematic. I had difficulty keeping it open and active. This is not a problem with my computer as I use it in many different places without experiencing the same problems.

The comfort, style and location. First, the apparent miscommunication between the staff at the airport's small office and the shuttle. The guests are not aware of where exactly have to wait for the shuttle and once outside when it will show up. The shuttle left from the airport and in two separate occasions, there were some people left behind. Second, at the reception of the hotel, a friendly smile could make shine the premises.

Price and location are excellent for an overnight prior to an early flight from mex Terminal 2. Forget the restaurant. Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour and takes all of 15 minutes at an early hour.
