Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции за 7 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции за 6-2 суток до даты заезда взимается 100% от стоимости первых двух ночей проживания
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первых трёх ночей проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении одного ребёнка в возрасте от 2 до 12 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно .
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

Rooms are big and new, Different specialty restaurants for romantic dinner every night included in the price. Almost in every spot there are some hotel staff with some courtesies. The hotel's marina was closed almost the whole week, even tough the weather was ok and the sea was calm. Only one day they opened and I discovered that if you want to take out a catamaran, it is possible to be charged with 50 dls, if they have to rescue you, never happened before. Some restaurant staff were rude. |

its a very nice resort, alot to see and do. you will do alot of walking the service was horrible. the cleaning staff would short our room towels cups ect. security was rude. wait staff in the restruants were un-expierenced,and rude. food took 2 hours to be served in three resturants and when ordering room service. i got the feeling they dis like americans. |

Just returned from a 4 day, 3 night stay at the Grand Riviera Princess. The hotel, staff, food, etc. is just average. A three star hotel at best. The best part of the stay was the beautiful weather and cold drinks. The kids had a great time playing in the pool and loved water polo. I did not like the food and the kids club. The food was merely edible. It didn't matter if it was the buffet or "real" restaurants. Actually, I thought the seafood place was the worst of them all, and the service atrocious. If any of the restaurants were in my neighborhood, I wouldn't be going back. The kids club was SKETCHY. |

It was really relaxing, staff were really friendly. I took my daughter who was one year old and the staff were really accomodating. The beach was really close and the swimming pools were lovely. I would definately go back there again. |

We enjoyed the beauty of the hotel grounds, the restaurants were good, the 24 hour bar was nice to have and the live band each night was nice. Beach is nice but you need water shoes cuz there are some rocks when walking into the ocean. Our room was beautiful with a big balcony and the fridge in our room was nice and cold!! The slamming of the doors each morning due to ppl coming in and out of their rooms or the maids opening doors was really loud and woke us up each morning (rude awakening!) The gym could use a little more equipment ie. Weights and a different universal machine rather than 2 of the same machine for some variety |

Wir hatten die Laguna Villa und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr gross aber man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann sich guet erholen. Es sollte ein Abholdienst geben vom Flughafen |

tout !!!! Tout est parfait. Hotel tres luxueux, mega piscine, tres beau jardin, ne parlons pas des chambres qui sont immenses, la nourriture est parfaite et un grand choix de restaurant est present en all inclusive, le personnel est tres sympas et la plage privee geniale. C'est un peu en dehors du centre de playa del carmen (10-15 mn en voiture). Nous on preferait etre un peu retire de l'agitation du centre donc tout etait parfait. A recommender vivement. |

We liked the hotel very much . beautiful beach ,nice pools. The reseption staff was however not to helpful and friendly.. And it was hard to get towels in the room!! HAD to ask for them almost every day! But other that we koved the hotel! Make the cleaning staff provide towels!! More friendli reseption staff! |

El hotel es muy agradable y está muy bien cuidado. El servicio es muy amable y se desvive por que estés a gusto en el hotel. El servicio de internet, me parece inapropiado que en un hotel de este tipo cobren 10 USD por 30 minutos de conexión cuando en hoteles de inferior categoría el servicio es gratis e ilimitado. Por otra parte, reservamos cena en el Restaurante La Fleur con lo que tuvimos que pagar 25 USD extra por persona. |

El hotel muy bonito, impecable a nivel de limpieza y la comida muy buena Muy lejos del pueblo. Deberian haber buses por la noche, asi sea pagando, pues al precio de los taxis cada salida al pueblo era muy costosa. Yo esgogi el hotel porque pensaba que quedaba mas cerca. |
