Your service staff is excellent. Very friendly, courteous & helpful. This grand hotel is a real great bargain for the budget-minded. The accomodations are maintained in a cleanly, orderly fashion. I also enjoyed your breakfast & lunch restaurant, & the fine service there. I wish my room had had a sofa as this was a romantic trip for my fiancce and me. It would have been nice to cuddle on a counch.

The Grand Hotel in Tijuana holds important memories, from New Year's Parties to meetings with conseugros (co-inlaws or fellow parents-in- law). In this case, we were there for a special event. The location was excelent and the hotel very relaxing expecially the executive area and staff.

The service and the staff was friendly. In my room the bed was in different position as the T.v , also one time do not let us take the elevator they hold us,because an "important person" was about to take it, and we could not do anything because we we were on the 22 floor also the elevator's carpet was very dirty.

I liked the promptness of the staff. I did not like the value for my money. One of my biggest peeves is the feeling of being ripped off and this is what I felt. The receptionist are not very linient. The rooms are small.
