I really was 5* After paying $600+ per night they were very petty with extra for Internet charge

It was our nine th visit to Grand Velas . It is amazing how they manège to keep such a high standard : service, food. It is a true 5 stars 5 diamonds all inclusive resort. We will definitely return. We couldn't stay longer.

The service was excellent and the hotel made a point of putting a bottle of champagne in our room, knowing it was our anniversary. The beachside service was slack. The pool and restaurant service was excellent.
