It was very quiet, cabanas were cozy with a fan and hot running water, they took Amex and it was a short cab ride to town. No a/C. They didn't turn the room down or clean it after our first night. The toilet seat broke

the hotel was good, it had a nice environment. i didnt like that i did my reservation and the day that i reached to the hotel they never had rooms available, and almost all the hotels in tulum were full. the person who was incharge at the moment help us to locate a hotel but that hotel just had a room so 9 of us had to stay in a room. it was really unconfortable and that spoil our family vacations. the person incharge make a deal with us that they payed the friday night and we stayed the other two day with them but we need a refund because friday we just got a room and they charge us for 3 rooms.

The cabanas were beatiful, the staff was amazing, and friendly the gardens are like heaven, bike rentals were great too. It was hard to leave such a paradise, I cant wait to go back..to see my home again! They really need to say they are not a mile from the beach, because they are about 4 miles.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Very eco-friendly as well. Nice touches everywhere. The staff was able to accommodate a different room because of some of the noise issues we noticed. The location is close to some car repair shops and is generally very noisy at night. Highway noises can also be heard throughout. There are no laundry services available.

We enjoyed our stay. It was an oasis of calm after a busy day. The cabanas and gardens appear to be in the middle of a colourful jungle although only 50 metres from the highroad. Pool was very refreshing. Lazo the manager was very helpful and welcoming. You can hear the rumble of traffic at times. Bathroom was a little cramped and liable to flood when showering as the curtain too short!

Mgr, Lozaro, spoke English and was very helpful. Lovely pool and deck chairs. Rooms were situated in a very lush garden-almost jungle-local with trailing vines and blooming flowers. Bathroom was large and functional. -Hotel location was far from the town requiring taxis all the time to get to any stores, restaurants, etc. And the area between the hotel and the downtown area was a bad part of town, dark and shabby. You would not want to walk it at night. -The "continental" breakfast included in the room rate was very poor compared to 2 other hotels I stayed in Tulum on this trip (having FRESH fruit and juices, pastries, pancakes, several choices of cerial, even yogurt). The Green Hotel offered only toast, packets of jam and butter, and a Tang-like drink that was not juice. One morning I was offered an egg and I took it; the other morning it was not offered.

The hotel is beautiful as well as the location. The rooms were not clean and the manager is the worst! They only provide a very simple breakfast and again the manager is horrible.

My husband and I were looking to save $ on hotels on this vacation, we found Green Tulum on this website and loved the pictures and the price. We got there on a Saturday evening, the receptionist was really helpful, he gave us maps and directions on were to go and how to get to the beach, and even where to eat near by. We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave, we felt like home. It was nice, quiet, clean, and we loved waking up to the sounds of nature: birds, insects, and the wild blowing against the trees. The pool is lovely, they told us it is purified water so it wouldn't be harmful to my baby boy if he swallows it. The decor is rustic and they used a lot of local trees, shells and palms, it's so beautiful! At night, the lighting is breathtaking: lamps hanging from the trees, the pool illuminated, and the rooms have jellyfish- looking lamps that dangle on each porch with different colored lights. Plus, I loved how much they care and protect the environment, with their organic shampoos and soaps among other things. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who won't mind a quick drive to the beach, or the local banda playing at night in the town's park. The internet connection sometimes fails, but it's better that way, more time to relax and enjoy the stay.

Hôtel a déconseiller vivement!!!!!!!!
