No me gusto nada. The room was disgusting, there was hair and cigarrete ass in the bed sheets. The toilet was dirty.There was no toilet paper, soap, keys for the room. The services advertised in the internet were not available. The worst experience in a motel who advertise themselves as a hotel in my life. The staff were horrible, the worst was the general manager who hided behind her staff. I asked for a full refund and it was denied. They wanted to charge me more for the room than the price advertised in the web.

La ubicación cercana al INSP Que anuncia que tiene Internet en el cuarto pero en realidad no hay mas que en el loby, y que anuncian como villas pero son cuartos de motel

Si peroooo solo que no me respetaron mi habitación que yo habia reservado una habitación de $ 650.00 y me tuve que quedar en una de $900.00, ademas de que mi entrada al hotel supuestamente era a las 15:oo hrs y la habitación me la entregaron a las 17:00. otra observación fue que en mi reservación decia que podia desocupar la habitación a las 15:00 hrs y ya estando en el hotel me informan que a las 12:00. si me gustaria que tuviern más seriedad en eso y que las personas que adminiistran tengan más seriedad y comunicación. Para dar un mejor servicio ya que esto hace que las personas pensemos dos veces antes de ir y lastima es un hotel con buenas instalaciones. Lo echan a perder todo con esto. Mi reservación y mi hora de irme no repetada segun mi correo de reservación.

Sus instalaciones El servicio ya que en recepción ni siquiera sabían de mi reservación y el servicio del personal del restaurant en la alberca pésimo les pague con un billete de 500 pesos y me responde el mesero que si no traigo cambio por que sino me daría puras monedas que era lo que tenía. Muy desagradable momento.

Buen precio La habitación que me dieron era de Motel y lo siento como si me hubieran engañado, ya que eso no decía en su pagina al momento de reservar, ya que de esa manera no lo hubiera reservado.

El tener cerca el carro, es una comodidad adicional a dejarlo en un estacionamiento aparte pero es el concepto de Drive Inn. Son instalaciones adaptadas de un motel, no cuenta con algunos servicios, las camas son incomodas y aparentan en lo personal algo de descuido de las instalaciones.
