Ocean Coral All Inclusive Resort  

We stayed for two nights and were impressed with our Master Suite which was large and comfortable. The food in the buffet was good - there was lots of choice. The Japanese restaurant was very good, but the Mexican one on site not so great. The beach is great but there weren't enough sun loungers so we found people reserving them very early in the morning with their towels and then not sitting on them for hours. The sea is a little seaweedy so you can't snorkel, but otherwise is safe to swim. A very pleasant, quiet stay here.

As mentioned above, the Mexican restaurant wasn't very good. We waited a long time to get seated even though the place wasn't full, they were pretty slow at clearing the tables and the food was pretty average. A bit disappointed with this part of our stay.

I liked that it was relatively close to Cozumel and Chichen-Itza. I also liked that it was right on the beach.

There were many things I did not like about this resort. You can't get bottled water at any time of the day. The hotel staff did not properly restock the fridge, or always leave towels. We were told we would have a king bed and they put 2 double beds together and there was a crack in the middle of the bed so we had to move them apart and sleep on double beds. The food was not good. The only good meal we had, we had to pay extra for. The restaurants also should be open for at least another 1-2 hours and same with the bars.

All of the staff at the Ocean Coral Resort was wonderful; from the reception/bell boy, concierge, servers/bar staff to the maids/maintenance. We were impressed how clean the resort was kept. There are many restaurants to choose from and we found that all of them were quite good. We would love to return.

Incontestablement, l'infrastructure pour les points positifs: les 4 piscines, les 6 restaurants.

Le gros points négatis est que nous devions laisser la clim allumée en permanence en raison d'un taux d'humidité important; humidité qui se faisat ressentir dans les draps lits et lsur les vêtements.

O facto de ter sido all inclusive, e de ter disponível bebidas gratuitas ao longo do dia e comida de excelente qualidade!...Além do mais, ter a praia mesmo junto ao hotel.

Tinha expectativas mais elevadas sobre a praia junto ao hotel, nunca pensei que tivesse tantas algas, estava a espera de ver o mar com uma cor mais azul turquesa, como o de Cancun ou de Tulum.Aponto também como aspecto negativo o facto do hotel não disponibilizar transfer gratuito para o aereoporto (afinal pagamos bem pela estadia), e de não haver rede de bus para o centro de cancun

Gick inte att boka bord till restaurangerna utan man fick stå och köa vilket var irriterande då detta gjorde att man oftast behövde äta tidigare än vad vi önskade bara för att man skulle få plats!!
