The location is very good. It is close to the shopping center and cultural places. You still have that "breakfast" (continental) that is not really what a traveler expects. If you add two eggs it would be different!

vicinity to the restaurants absolutely did not like the breakfast continental, imagine "two piece of bread with one glass of orange juice". I did not like the shuttle service because most of the time the hotel tries to make stuff up that they are busy in trying to save money. The bathroom smells bad and there is alot of background noise at night.

pool breakfast, not presented as advertised, not given, hours of breakfast, but sat myself and my 3 other guest (adults) to purchase from menu, which would of been fine if told this is what is expected, tryed out one night w/hotel, spend 6 other days with my husband, do to the breakfast being miss leading (I believe so), stayed the remainder of my vactation at The Tijuan Express Hotel, which I have stayed before, wanted to try a different hotel.

Atendimento, acomodações, localização, Camas muito boas, cafeteira no quarto, banheiro muito limpo, realmente o Hotel está de Parabéns! No café da manhã poderia ser servido pelo menos 1 xícara de café e não apenas suco, e faltou um frigobar no quarto.

El personal es muy eficiente y amable. Nos ayudaron mucho. Muy buen servicio. La calefacción sirve bien, pero es un poco vieja y me da un poco de alergia. Pero es mínimo. En general, es un servicio bastante bueno.
