La construccion del hotel. Ha mejorado mucho con la remodelacion. El Bar está muy triste.No hay ambiente. Falta música!!!! |

El desayuno bufet fue muy bueno, la construccion tipo hacienda es bonita y las habitaciones son espaciosas y comodas Para ser un hotel familiar, el area de alberca deberia ser mejor |

Seguridad de acceso al hotel, las intalaciones el paisaje que ofrece. Atención del personal de restaurant de piscina me quisieron sorprender en un pago que me solicitarón hacer en efectivo. Habitación, olor hediondo del baño reportado, atendido pero sin resultado esperado. Tuve que tomar acción en tapar con la sección amarilla la coladera del baño y minimizar el olor. Desorganización de los eventos que implican un costo. |

las intalaciones son muy confortables la seriedad del personal, debido a dos ocasiones en especifico... la primera en que no me hicieron valida mi reservacion... pero lo peor fue que no se me notifico hasta que me encontraba ya en las instalaciones... segunda que estando ya hospedado le e reservaron mi cuarto a otra persona aun cuando ya estaba ocupado por mi |

Sus instalaciones que permiten un área de descanso excelente. En la alberca deben mejorar la atención tanto en servicio de alimentos y Bar como disposición de toallas. |
