We stayed in this hotel for 6 days in May, 2011. Hotel staff is very friendly, atmosphere is like at home, internet is available at the reception and sometimes at he pool area. The best club Coco Bongo is near the hotel, the beach can be reached in 5 minutes by foot, the main shopping street with many bars and cafes is near the hotel. Rooms are clean, silent and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to young people travelling with friends.

Impress flavor, absolutely no European design. If someone wants to feel it in Mexico, feel the flavor of this country - choose this hotel. Very cozy. Rooms great, comfortable. Cleaned regularly. Very friendly staff. The hotel is very convenient - near a bank, currency exchange, shop 24 hours, cheap cafes. The only disadvantage of the hotel - very loud air conditioners. very loud air conditioners!

Pesima recepcion.Muy mala primera impresion.La habitacion era aceptable hasta que a la noche se infecto de mal olor a cloacas.Cuando pedi que me cambiaran de habitacion me dijeron que no habia pedi retirarme y que me devolvieran el dinero que habia pagado de contado por ocho dias y al parecer la recepcionista se habia robado parte del dinero porque lo que yo habia pagado no figuraba en sus libros.Querian devolverme el dinero a los dos dias,Tuve que llamar a la policia y dejar constancia.Finalmente me retire y al otro dia me devolvieron todo el dinero.LO Califico como muy malo y no recomendable para nadie.

La struttura dell'hotel è davvero una hacienda stile coloniale molto carina, camere in stile grandi e accoglienti. Vicinissima all'avenida 5 con I pro e I contro dei rumorsi locali accanto... Problemi con la carta di credito

La cosa positiva e' il prezzo, molto buono. Abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia e vicina alla 5 avenida. Gli aspetti negativi sono vari. Se hai I capelli tinti e sporchi gli asciugamani di tinta ti fanno pagare gli asciugamani( 200 pesos 2 asciugamani)perché non riescono a Smacchiarli(cavolata)! Non puoi buttare la carta igienica nel water ma devi buttarla nel cestino( schifo! Mai fatto)! Altra cosa sei attaccata ad una discoteca( coco bongo) che fa casino e dico casino fino alle 6 del mattino,quindi se volete dormire e' sconsigliabile!

Chambre assez spacieuse avec frigo, comptoir et évier. Gardien à l'entrée. Balcon, cour intérieure avec verdure. Décoration mexicaine, colorée. Surtout le bruit toutes les nuits provenant d'une discothèque attenante jusqu'à 6 heures. Nous parvenions à dormir grâce au son du climatiseur qui couvrait un peu. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on ne trouvait pas la réservation; heureusement, des chambres étaient disponibles. Le système de coupons pour les déjeuners (excellents) est brouillon: il faut se présenter chaque matin et l'employé de la réception ne trouve jamais notre nom dans le système informatique.

Posizione ottima Piccolo hotel tipico molto carino vicinissimo al mare e alla 5 avenida pulizia eccellente mi sono trovato benissimo ,unica pecca il condizionatore vecchio e rumoroso almeno nella mia stanza per il resto lo consiglio a tutti

Uitstekende ligging vlak bij het strand en de winkels. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook regelen ze excursies voor je. Veel geluidsoverlast vooral de kamers aan de voorzijde van het hotel.

Locatie is goed, maar 5 minuten lopen naar 5th avenue en iets langer lopen naar het strand. Ruime schone kamers. Personeel is vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Prijs/kwaliteit is prima. Tip: restaurant La Famiglia (Italiaans) schuin aan de overkant is echt een aanrader. Lekker en veel eten voor weinig. De nabij gelegen discotheken hoor je elke nacht. Wij hebben er niet veel last van gehad, maar wij hadden dan ook oordopjes meegenomen.

La posizione è perfetta, il personale gentile e disponibile, la camera spaziosa. l'aspetto negativo è che è molto vicino alle discoteche e ai locali e si sente la musica fino a tardi. Non c'è la camera di cortesia per fare la doccia dopo aver lasciato la camera.

La location molto particolare in stile messicano, la posizione, la gentilezza dello staff, la dimensione dele camere Non vi aspettate standard di confort e pulizia "europei". Pulito, in ordine e tranquillo ma solo per chi ha sempre a memoria di non essere in un luogo di lusso. Per il mio gusto va benissimo così ma sappiate che ad esempio la tv non è lcd con sintonia "così e così", il condizionatore è di quelli vecchio tipo al muro on/off senza telecomando e senza temeratura, non ci sono chiavi elettroniche etc etc...

Good option that is affordable and located close to many things. If you like to go out and party it will be a great spot located near the strip and on eof the largest clubs in Playa. The location makes it a loud area and I would not go there with my family. If you are young and want a clean and basic place to stay this is a good spot.

è una bella struttura vista esteriormente, non lontana dalla 5a avenida e dalla spiaggia Le camere sono sporche (in particolare il bagno), l' odore in camera è nauseabondo.

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are clean The music from the club behind the hotel makes it nearly impossible to sleep until the club closes at 6 o'clock in the morning!! - So if you don't plan to make party every night, I recommend to choose another hotel.

ubicacion, atencion del personal, calidez del hotel y de las personas, buen tamaño de la habitacion. En general volveria al hotel por la relacion, atencion-precio-ubicacion-comodidad de las habitaciones el hall del hotel no esta bien cuidado en cuanto al mantenimiento de los muebles, sillones, etc, Dan una mala impresion al comienzo pero luego el resto del hotel, habitaciones mejoran la impresion inicial.

Acogedor,buena alberca.Tiene wiifi.Cerca de la playa. Bien ubicado.Tiene donde estacionarse. No tiene servicio de restaurante,ni cafetería ,no encuentras ni un vaso de agua.Lo peor es que está muy cerca de antros y no puedes dormir porque se oye la música hasta la madrugada.

“Lovely courtyard, free purified water (very important in Mexico), clean room. Staff was great. I arrived very early one morning and had to leave early the next, and the security staff were extremely accommodating, getting fresh water bottles and even carrying my bag upstairs.
