The hotel is very nice, very colourful. The decoration is really beautiful. Staff is very nice and available. The room was cleaned everyday and it was well done. Curtains are not black-out. The air conditionner is very noisy. |

The rooms were really nice. When checking in I was told that there was no reservation for me and my husband, when I got upset at hearing this news I was then told that all will be taken care of and so it was. I got my room and enjoyed my stay |

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the whole hotel was bright and cheerful, with the rooms were clean and furnished with gorgeous carved painted furniture. The restaurant was great value and the food delicious. breakfast is not served here, but there is an all you can eat breakfast buffet right over the road, so this was not an issue. we stayed in 3 different rooms as we used Playa del carmen as a base for visiting other areas, and the showers were not very good in any of them, they were clean, but did not work very well. |

Las instalaciones y el estilo de su diseño.... y la ubicación es genial a una cuadra de la 5ta avenida, pero cerca de todo... buen lugar para conocer playa del carmen y optar por algún tour... el precio es muy bueno y la atención del personal es cordial y atenta. |

Vennlighet og hjelpsomt personale De hadde ikke fått med seg at vi hadde booket 2 rom. Vi ble trekt for oppholdt med en gang vi ankom, dette ble oppdaget ved hjemkomst.Det var veldig lytt mellom rommene og fra gangen.Mye støy fra gaten. Air- con støyet mye og hadde dårlig kjøling. |

uitstekende ligging, vlak bij het strand en winkels. Mooi gebouwd in Mexicaanse stijl, goed restaurant, niet duur. Ruime kamers, gezellige binnenplaats met klein zwembad. internet defect gedurende gehele verblijf, zeer lawaaige omgeving (disco). veel problemen met watervoorziening, geen water, of alleen koud water. |

Di fianco la miglior banca col miglior rapporto di cambio, La Banamex, di fronte una economica e comodissima lavanderia, subito alle spalle della quinta avenida, a due minuti dal mare La non professionalità in alcune faccende amministrative. Non sapevano che avevo cancellato la prenotazione piu costosa per quella più conveniente, o per lo meno facevan finta di non sapere |

Excelente hotel, principalmente considerando a tarifa. Fica a duas quadras das praias e a uma da quinta avenida, o calçadão da cidade em que se encontram os restaurantes, bares e lojas. Hotel limpo, bonito, colorido, com staff atencioso. O barulho de boates da região, reclamação de outros turistas no site, limita-se aos poucos quartos voltados para a avenida. Se puder, evite-os. O barulho de hóspedes no pátio central, principalmente nas madrugadas de sábado para domingo, poderia ser evitado... |
