Our stay at the Hacienda was very enjoyable. When we arrived, our reservation from Booking.com for 3 people had not come through to the hotel, but they recieved a call whilst we were at reception. Unfortunately, they had no treble rooms available, despite availability being advertised on the website, but to solve the problem we were given the Master Suite of the hotel. Our stay was very satisfactory. We were charged for coffee at breakfast, but weren't told there was a charge for it. The hotel attempted to charge us the full master suite price when we checked out, but I contested it and we were charged the correct price. |

Friendly personnell No Air Condition on my Room. How can anybody explain the rate hike from 468$/(2 nights-2 rooms) -----> 575$ Final Pay. It's misleading the rate on the Site , or Taxes are too High , or some problems . I was in a rush to check them-out , but I will . It got to be an explanation. Would you help Please ?????????? The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very well situated next to restaurants and not too far from the beach. |

Lots of potential for the hotel, but they need to get their stuff together. I stayed at La Tortuga a Hotel near by and they always make you feel like home. Great Staff there and service. Hacienda Paradise is pretty clean but that's all. If they get their things together they will make it. The hotel have a lot of charm but the small things make your stay and you always feel good to return/ Staff needs to be more friendly and they need to be more organize when it comes use their facilities/ |

Hotel was very nice, the localization was great - very close to the center and nice beach. During our stay there were some reparations, i think they were building another hotel, but it wasn't that big problem since we were spending most of our time outside the hotel. |

This hotel was extremely clean and rooms were very nice for the price. Construction of a building adjacent to the hotel which made the pool unaccessable due to construction debris in the pool. Also alot of road noise in our room. Restaurant was breakfast only. There was no bar available. |

La situación es buena. Si bien no está en la playa, si que está cerca y bien situado en la zona céntrica de Playa del Carmen. |

God beliggenhed i forhold til gågade i Playa del Carmen (den stille ende). Stille og roligt i haven omkring hotellet. God lille pool og glimrende morgenmad. passende afstand til strand.Godt hotel i mellemklassen! |

Erg aardige mensen! De kamers boven ondervinden heel veel last van verkeerslawaai! Beneden is dat niet het geval. (we zijn om die reden van boven naar beneden verhuisd) Zie volgende vraag: met restrictie dus! |

Esta muy bien situado cerca de la quinta avenida. Zona tranquila sin ruidos. Internet WIFI gratis. Servicio de excursiones en el propio hotel. |

Sin dudas, la ubicacion preferencial que tiene. A un paso de la Quinta Norte, cerca de la playa y de muchos lindos restaurantes.La limpieza tambien es buena. El servicio de playa tambien. El gerente es muy atento. Y el personal de la mañana del front desk tambien. El jardin es pequeño y estaba descuidado, pedimos algun periodico y no habia ni uno; a pesar de lo leído en muchas criticas elogiosas, las camas eran duras. La obra (encima de la piscina practicamente) sigue. El desayuno era pasable, pero sin variedad. La atencion en el front desk es dispar: mañana muy bien; a la tarde, no tan bien). |
