Le cadre, l'attention du personnel, le service personnalise. Les amenites toilettes (produits bulgary seulement la premiere nuit, les autres des produits tres bon marche, pas au niveau) en chambre suite, l'absence des peignoirs pour une suite.

El lugar es excelente y su ubicación cercana al DF lo hacen conveniente para disfrutar un agradable fin de semana. En realidad no hay algo que me ubiese disgustado.

Un lugar que se requiere conocer en el estado de Morelos.. Puedes pasar un fin de semana de relax y disfrutar de su enorme alberca. Ideal para aquellos que quieran olvidar del stress de la ciudad y no quieran invertir mucho tiempo en un largo trayecto de viaje. El servicio de calidad de alimentos puede mejorar mucho, así como detalles en mantenimiento de hotel, por ejemplo camastros muy descuidados y detalles que pueden lograr hacer la diferencia entre un lugar bonito a un hotel magnífico ya que el potencial por todo su historia, entorno y arquitectura lo tiene de sobra.

Me gustó que el sitio fuera histórico y estuviera bien conservado y limpio, es un lugar muy tranquilo. Sólo lo recomendaría para estancia corta, máximo una noche Que para el precio le falta infraestructura, por ejemplo la piscina es muy grande pero el agua es helada y viajan muchas parejas con hijos como yo y con ese frío no se antoja entrar, de hecho por la piscina fue que escogimos al hotel. Otra desventaja son los precios de los alimentos, son muy altos en relación a lo que ofrece su carta, aunque son bien montados, con temperatura correcta son muy pocos. La carta aburre al segundo día, no es coherente que el desayuno salga más caro que la comida o cena. La tercera cosa que no me gustó fue que no tuviera muebles bien acondicionados la habitación pues para la cantidad de días que estuvimos ahí no tuvimos donde desempacar, sólo nuestros sweters estuvieron colgados no había más espacio. En cuanto a las amenidades están de muy baja calidad, el jabón es muy grasoso y no saca espuma y lo mismo muy corriente el shampoo. Aunque tengo otros comentarios estos fueron los más importantes desde mi punto de vista, complemento diciendo que soy hotelera.
