Hotel Hacienda Vista Real  

This hotel is wonderful, so beautiful rooms and so kind service. I booked it just for one night because of the good location for the trip we've planned to make and after we stayed 2 nights more :) The rooms are big, clean, comfortable! And the people are really kind and helpful. It was a little bit difficult to find it because it's situated in Playacar and there are no many signs with the name of the hotel so we had to ask many people how to find it. I really liked this hotel and if I have to go back I will definitely book it again.

Firstly I have booked a studio for 3 days then I booked another one for 1 month. The staff is great, the position is just perfect if you want to stay away from the town but not far away from it. Having your breakfast ner the swimming pool in front of the golf court and the little lake, surrounded by birds, tourtles, lizards and sometimes coatis is just perfect.

The first studio was too dark

Extremely reasonable rates and nice breakfast (in lovely pool area)included. Physical layout, building design and materials, grounds and decor very attractive. We had been here before and knew the location--someone new might find it a little out of the way or hard to locate. Pleasant safe neighborhood. Quick access to Playa del Carmen with a car or bicycle.

Room was somewhat dark at night. Few windows to let in light or air in daytime. Air conditioning aimed right at pillow area, seemed a little too strong and unclear how to regulate. Not sure if spa and its pool are still open--we were only there 1 night this time as we were at the end of our vacation.

It is very nice designed giving you at home feeling. You will find that this hotel cares details of each decolation and design, it is beautiful place ! We were 2 adults and 1 young child (18 months old baby), and no reglet to stay Vista Real. The hotel is in secured complex so it is safe and staffs are kind and very relaxing so it is the best place to end of your crazy mexico trip or even you can tavel based on this hotel. We difinitely will go back to this hotel again when we visit this area in the future. Highly recommended.

El personal es muy cortes y agradable.El desayuno es variado y abundante, para disfrutarlo al lado de la piscina. Las instalaciones estan en. Perfectas condiciones y muy limpias..

Me costo un poco encontralo ya que no hay ningun cartel que lo identifique o guia para llegar a el mismo dentro del condominio.

El lugar es muy bonito y aunque la playa no está cerca, los lagos y la vista es maravillosa así como el buffet que estaba incluido, el club de playa muy agradable y el servicio y camastros excelentes.

Cadre super, sécurité, confort . Personnel aux petits soins, tranquillité. Etang, piscine, buffet varié, enfin rien à dire je le recommande chaudement. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Playacar, site privilégié, à 2 kms de la 5ème avenue, mais cela se fait bien en suivant le terrain de golf. Vacances de rêve.

L'hôtel était magnifique, les pierres le toit en chaune autour du golf avec un étant cette situation géographique, sa nature, ses matériaux font de lui un hôtel ravissant, agréable,calme et naturel. Les chambres sont ravissantes, assez spacieuses, le jacuzzi est un plus à ne pas négliger. - Le buffet du petit déjeuner est complet, sucré salé... Certains membres du personnel sont très sympathiques, agréables et serviables. Leur gentillesse et leur aide apporte une sérénité à vos vacances. Il n'est pas au bord de la plage mais reste à proximité de tous les commerces, et de la mer. Ainsi il reste au calme dans un joli quartier.

- La connexion internet n'est pas toujours accessible faute de probléme de réseau, ou autre. - Les chambres sont assez mal isolées, résultat on attend son voisin dans la chambre à côté, ceux qui passent dans le couloir et prés de la réception c'est pire que tout. - Le ménage dans les chambres et vraiment catastrophique surtout pour un établissement aussi ravissant on s'attend que les services proposés, dont la propreté y soit quand même un minimum à la hauteur.
