Loved it, GREAT price, pics are the actual hotel, + they have a spa like a pyramid, offered body massage, didn't had enough time to try but still for the price on the rooms worth the money, we had an upgrade when we arrived we lost a day because of travel issues, but rewarded no extra fee + bottle of wine, beds are good, we where a couple and even fit in only 1 bed we had two + sofa's + dining room + kitchen + balcon, tv old but who cares, not there to see tv still good signal, we purchase the regular price not the all inclusive by the way. Breakfast included is good many options, fruits, cereals, eggs, bread, milk, juice, water, cofee, tea, jam, cheese, and by the pool which is also near the lake, great view, Great Location, far from noise, near main Bus Terminal it's also 70MXN from there to the Hotel, and 5th avenue which is close to the beach and a little nice chapel, going north is busier and the waves not so good, also near the ferry.

It's a bit far from the beach and every ride from the beach is MXN70,so when leaving check twice everything is with you, walking distance from the beach is 25'.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Always there to help if needed. Breakfast was excellent with variety every day (we stayed 8 days)

We stayed in a suite and it was a beautiful room, wonderful facilities and a very comfortable bed. The shower was really good too. Would stay again.

It was a very hard place to find, particularly because we arrived in the evening.

A shuttle to town wd be helpfull. Taxis took a long time to arrive when called.

Got a great deal in terms of price. Also the hotel is close enough to walk to Riviera Maya/Playa Del Carmen beach and major shopping area but is set in a very peaceful area amidst a golf course.

I was impressed by Eurostars friendly staff and upgraded accommodations. It is a beautiful and safe place to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, quite environment, clean rooms and excellent service; a good place for relax.

We liked everything from the great breakfast buffet to the interior and exterior design of the hotel. The entire staff was well trained and the few things we requested were very promptly attended to. The location away from the the beach and busy tourist area was also helpfful in making the stay so relaxing.

There was really nothing unlikeable or unpleasant that we encountered.

Very dirty rooms, bathroom really dirty and disgusting. Furniture old and damaged. Strange smell, very wet. The Food was very lousy and not eatable. Ca 20 min away from his own beachclub. Beach is very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience. Hacienda is off the beaten path, but only an 8 minute cab ride or 20 minute walk from Downtown which is where the action is. Being away from the action in a beautiful, authentic Mexican, boutique hotel was wonderful. The food was good, only breakfast and lunch are served on premise though, so we had to go into town for dinners which was fine. Nice pool, super quiet and very relaxing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We look forward to coming back!

Luego al llegar fuimos atendidos por Analiz y no podríamos ser mejor atendidos. El hotel es lindo y ubicado en un hogar igual de bonito en Playa del Carmen, lleno de naturaleza y paz. La habitación que tuvimos estaba maravillosa. El desayuno, además de buenísimo tenía la atención de Vivi, otra persona muy amable. No hubo una sola vez que necesitamos que no fuimos atendidos perfectamente y con simpatia por la gente del hotel. Sin duda, el mejor en todo el viaje que hicimos por Mexico. Impecable. Más que recomendamos. Caminando está a cerca de 15 o 20 minutos de la playa y eso fue aun más perfecto, pues así uno puede disfrutar de la tranquilidad que existe en medio a un hogar lleno de verde.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und preisgünstig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, flexibel und immer hilfsbereit. Es gibt überall im Haus ein kostenfreies WLAN. Man frühstückt im Freien und inmitten eines schönen Golfparks. Es gibt einen Fitness- und einen Spa-Bereich. Der Pool ist angenehm und es gibt ausreichend Liegen. Für Entspannung und angenehme Ruhe ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Inventar ist teilweise etwas veraltet. Der Strand ist 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Fahrräder direkt am Hotel sollten im Angebot sein.

Es war absolut toll. Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Hacienda, Pool ist super und das Frühstück im Freien ruhig und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Man ist zwar ein bisschen weiter weg vom Trubel und Strand, aber mit den Fahrrädern war dies kein Problem. 5 Min Fahrzeit.

Privacidad, creo que a veces el ruido de a lado es muy facil de escuchar.

Boede på dette hotel med 2 børn på 7/9 år. Masser af plads på værelserne. God valuta for pengene. Smilende og venligt personale som hele tiden yder optimal service. Dette hotel kan kun anbefales.

O apartamento é grande e bem equipado, o cafe da manha servido na beira da piscina é muito agradável.

Falta um serviço 24h de copa.

Difficile à trouver, mal infuqué, la journée rien dans l'hôtel ni un bar ouvert près de la piscine, ni un snack ... La déco très kitch .... Le plafond arrondi en briquette rouge ... On se serait cru dans un four à pizza !!

Уютный спокойный отельчик с отличным соотношением цена-качество, приличный Wi-Fi в номерах, вокруг гольф поля с живностью, гигантский номер люкс с полноценной кухней, гостиной и удобным выходом к бассейну.

Староват уже и далековато от всего (но для кого-то в этом и плюс). Координаты gps указаны неверно, по адресу тоже не найти.
