The hotel is perfectly located inside the termina 1, mere few minutes from the airline counters. It is clean and the personnel are very efficient and courteous. The rooms are outdated but good, well kept. I would stay again here

My Visa and Maser card did not work at their reception which I have never faced before. It worked through my biz-trip at least 5 hotels just before the Hilton, I stayed in USA and Mexico.

Loved the location, we just arrived from as twelve hour flight from Frankfurt, and we found a very clean comfortable place, just in the airport building. Perfect location because we had to be up at 4:ooam next morning and we avoided the hassle of comutting into the airport. Shower great!
Location and it is clean. I had read in other reviews that this hotel wasn't clean and some rooms smelled ugly, but mine was clean and didn't smell.

The hotel room was silent. A very relaxing atmosphere and the availability to several restaurant choices is great.
The WIFI was not included in my night rate. A surprise given that WIFI is normally free at every major chain today.
We enjoyed our sleep. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

The location is unbeatable for travellers who need to stay close to the airport. The room service provided breakfast at 4 AM, which was pretty convenient.
There is no dust bin inside the bathroom, only outside by the washing place. This is very uncomfortable for the female hygiene.
Foul smell from the bathroom. When I complained at the front desk tjey said it was because the region in the city that the hotel was, which is questionable because I've been to many other restrooms in the airport and they dedinitely didn't have the same odor.

I am the travel arranger. This hotel was terrible to deal with for communications. Particularly emailing with the 'guest assistance Manager'. I will not use this hotel again as correspondence/invoices etc are also important

it's located in the airport, help at the desk was friendly
the room was absolutely sub-standard, and that's an euphemism. Hilton should either renovate this Hotel or take the nameplate off. Room was poorly furnished, hasn't been touched for forty years, not clean, bed sheeting has grey overtone over white; really, I am never going to stay here again. right opposite the airport are number of hotels that can be reached by sky-way, choice in all classes and prices.
