Hilton Mexico City Airport    

It is the closest hotel to the airport. You do not need to wait for shuttle to take you there from terminal 1.Taxi service is good. No need to cue for airport taxis. Confortable beds.Recommended if you find a good rate, otherwise I would try other options

Strange smell at arrival and in the room. Everythins is dated.HORRIBLE WHITE LIGHTS, seems you are in a low cost supermarket. Green carpets in room need to be changed as well as carpets in the rest of hotel. Some details that would not expect form a Hilton, like sockets , huge lamp and old clock/radio on night table that occupied all the space.

The location is prefect for taking flight as is is situated right in the terminal 1 where international flight departure and arrival.

The price is a little bit expensive.

Incredibly convenient. The United and Air Canada gate is literally 2 minutes away. Perfect location for international flights. Lots of stores and restaurants right there. Staff are wonderful-friendly and helpful!

Rooms are getting a bit worn for the price.

The location inside the airport is perfect and takes the stress out of arriving at the airport in time. We were also able to check our baggage while leaving our carry on in the hotel room until we were prepared to go thorough security.

Everything was quite ok, friendly personal.

For this price it was surprising that the breakfast was not included.

Staff was great at reception. While checking in we were offered juiced and coffee. Also very helpful in printing boarding passes. Schuttle to and from Terminal 2 was very convenient--much more so then the train from Terminal 2 to 1!

For the price, the rooms need to be updated. The carpet was worn, the door to the bathroom wouldn't close since it was warped. If you are leaving from Terminal 1 this hotel is in a great location (although airport signage leaves lots to be desired). We were leaving from Terminal 2 so had to build in some extra time.

Very convenient to the international terminal which comes in handy with early international flights The wan at the desk attempted to be nice but did not credit my Hilton Account with the points because " she could no find me in the system" This is the second time I stayed there and they failed to credit my account. It took 3 Moves to get a room which was adequate and not dirty something bit me I'm the first bed and when I looked there were long black hairs on the sheet. In the second room the bathroom was very foul smelling from sewer gasses and they wanted to just spray something to try to cover up he smell. Sewer gases are toxic! The third room was specially gone over by the head of housekeeping who was be nice The room finally had clean linens and a fresh smell, however the door separating the toilet/shower area from the rest of the room did not fit we'll enough so it was not possible to close it. I was very unhappy , I had to get up at 4:am and had to spend hours being inconvenienced with room changes instead of an early bedtime I had planned and then not being able to sleep because I was so aggravated .

The place was clean.

They place looked old and cheap. Yet the bill didn't match up to that. I stayed 2 nights in downtown Mexico City in a nice hotel for what I stayed 1 night at this airport hotel. (Which wasn't even at my terminal) Oh, and be careful, the breakfast isn't included despite the fact that it looks like usual continental (free) breakfast. A stack of pancakes and a bowl of cereal cost me 25 usd. I think there are better options.

Right in the terminal, all staff overly nice; beds were awesome

It is very clean room, breakfast is great, hospitality people, location is close to reach to city city center.

Dry Cleaning service is horrible. I stayed between 09-15/12/2012 dayes. I arrive on Saturday and I asked to reception to iron my pants and jackets. They told me" dryi cleaning is not working on weekends". I am staying in Hilton and I am sorry but this is not an acceptable excuse like an a hotel like Hilton. I had meeting with my client and I went to have a meeting with unironed jacket and pants. You can asked also reception about my complaining. Receptionist her name is Mrs. Andrea. Regards

Convenient location following a transatlantic flight and helpful staff

Too much noise from airport activity ( there was constant banging until 1 am) and the smell from the drain in the bathroom was particularly unpleasant

The staff were very courteous and helpful and made us feel welcome.

The location was perfect for me for my return flight to the uk. 2 floors above the departures hall. Literally 5 minutes walk to flight check in. Good breakfast.

Dinner was just average and service was slow.

the whole time I was there the electricity supply was intermittent at best. Therefore with no electricity - no lights no air conditioning no internet coudn't make a coffee etc etc etc - super disappointed.

The location was great, just inside the Airport Terminal 1. Staying there for one night is ok. The lobby bar does have a great view into the airport ramp and onto the runways.

The rooms are dark, no daylight, no outside view and the furniture is old and worn out, only one power sockets did work in the whole room . Do not stay for more than "one" night. Room's do not have shower, only a bathtube.

For five star rated hotel no bathrobe or tooth brush!!! Overpriced food and mini bar.

There was a price special for the hotel so I booked. The regular price level is actually too high. The staff was very friendly, helpful. Ver<y good also is that there is a complete business center even with scanner which in this case I needed but unfortunately did not work at this time. Perhaps you include the functionality of these units as well in your quality control system. Also trhe shuttle service was very convenient. Thank you !

Walls are thin as you can hear your neighbour farting quite well ;-)

- No momento do check in a recepcionista solicitou o cartão de crédito para fazer uma reserva que seria superior a 3 vezes o valor total das minhas duas diárias. Sei que deve ser política do hotel. Eu sugeri à atendente pagar à vista, e neste sentido ela soube lidar com a situação , e não mais exigiu a reserva no cartão; - O hotel tem um falso glamour (talvez na recepção, bar, restaurante) ,pois os quartos são simples; - Quartos com carpete; - Janelas lacradas; - Chuveiro muito baixo, e com banheira; - Os móveis poderiam ser mais novos.

Hotellin vanha sisustus; kokolattiamatot huoneissa, selvästi haistoi, että huoneessa joskus tupakoitu. Ei ollenkaan hyvä allergisille. Respan toiminta, mm. aamupala-voucher jäi check-in-virkailijalta meille antamatta; aamulla hiukan kangisti toimintaa, ja usea työntekijä työllistyi sen voucherin aikaansaamiseksi, vaikka saimmekin heti aamupalaa.
