at check in, after sever hours of travel, they tald me that my reservation was not on the chart and that, at 11 pm of the night, there was not a room for me.
The receptionist spoke as was my mistake and I was in Mexico, thausen km away from my hause and after several hours of trip, tired and with the skery to has make a wrong on my reservation. No body say sorry about what's happening till the check out.
Only the first night was available a room and the price of the first night was not any more as it suppose to be but the double!! I was there for businnes and you can immagine, no body were able to dive me an answer and I had to WHAIT till 9:30 in the morning for get an answer about the possibility to have a room that I booked several weeks before!! before to leave, they put on my bill the breakfast cost, even if was included on my reservation cost!! I really don't wont to go back at that hotel.. Hilton can have this kind of mistake.
