The location of the hotel. Hotel was very quiet
Wifi should be included I the room hire.
The location is amazing with five major attractions a short walk away! The views from the higher floors are breath-taking. The rooms are comfortable and I was so happy to have a bath after ten days of only showering! The staff were incredibly helpful and the fact that I could keep my room until 6pm (at an additional US$ 60.00) was wonderful! The breakfast was good!
They could offer a firmer pillow and while the bathrobes were great, there were no slippers!
the best breakfast ever, good location, good gym and comfortable beds
the pool was not good for swimming, but just for chilling inside, paid internet,
Booked this hotel at the last minute after a flight cancellation and got a very cheap deal. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Great location.
Paying for WiFi is absurd. Would not book this hotel at full price.
The sheets and the room cleanliness
The maid knocking on the door even with no disturbe in the door.
Clean, comfort, perfect location.
Location was excellent
The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was great View was great Very safe part of Mexico city Walking distance from main square View of Alameda park and Palace of Arts plus The best breakfast in all of Mexico right at your doorstep
Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel facilities are faultless. Easy walking to downtown.
Would be good if there was a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee
Perfect location. Only a few minutes walk from city centre. Very safe environment. Could not fault hotel in any way.
Excellent and friendly service, good location to drive to the office and do at least some limited sightseeing. Very good organisation of taxi transfers, breakfast and happy hour drinks were included in the room package
The location is awesome, but traffic around the area is terrible, not the hotel's fault though. El Cardenal Restaurant is fantastic.
Everything was great
Im a tough critic but this hotel is great. Wonderfull staff! Fantastic gym. Good out door area for sun, swimming and to eat. Clean comfortable rooms. Great wifi access. Executive floor is great.
Room service menu is international and after travelling so far to mexico id prefer some real good mexican food. Options were minimal. Hotel taxi was expensive and low quality. If im paying that much for a taxi, Id prefer a proper hotel taxi. A Mercedes not a 30 year old grand marquise. Internet should be included in cost of room but I believe this should be a standard everywhere.
Great location for tourist spots, good size room with views of the city and park. Outdoor area near pool had plenty of space and tables to sit at. Food court, Starbucks, laundrette, small supermarket nearby
The room was very big, with a great view of Mexico City. The facilities were great and the service was world class.
It does not have much atmosphere, if that is what you are looking for.
That you don't have smoking rooms and I think your carpet needs a good clean
absolutely excellent, after a very bad stay in the Sheraton in mexico city two months ago, this was perfect. friendly staff, great rooms, very clean, great service, what you would expect from the Hilton. our thanks to the staff!
Food and beverage manager James was super and helpful
Price bit over
Location. View. Breakfast
Noisy Air conditioning Bathroom needs refit WIFI $15/day should be free
- Great location - Large standard room - Decent value at US$119/night (not sure I'd pay much more, however) - Let me check in a bit earlier than their official 3pm check in time
- Typical extra fees for Hilton hotels (e.g., US$14 daily for internet) - Masses of hair in the bathroom - Shower took some jiggering to work - Their taxi service costs 3+ times a normal taxi. When I asked for a normal taxi, the staff suddenly became very unhelpful and I had to insist on help with my bags. They did call me a normal taxi, however.
My room was quite big and the location is quite good for Museums etc.
The A/c unit in my room was very noisy. The cleaning staff were sloppy and the hotel is dated. The manicurist managed to draw blood from 3 of my fingers and did not say anything.
