It is falce publicity, my boucher say, flat screen 37 inches and was an old tv of 29, the beds are super tough and the clima was cold all the time, I try to heat the bedroom but was imposible, worst night of this year. Two times the hotel´s Van run left the airport without me, they say they pickup paseenger in Gate 4 of Mexico Airport but they did it in Gate 3, finaly after an hour and a half I took a taxy, the laidy at desck pay the taxi when I arrive. Never again, Iter is a cheap hotel, probably good for backpakers, no for a frecuent flyer that need good rest

Gentilezza dello staff. Parti comuni in ordine e ben tenute. Parcheggio disponibile e gratuito. Sufficientemente vicino all'aeroporto e all'uscita dalla città verso Puebla

Bagni e camere da ristrutturare e isolare acusticamente dalla strada. Connessione wi-fi instabile. Zona della città brutta. Macchina da caffé e caffé in camera, promesso in Booking, non c'é

Está muy limpio y tuvieron detalles de atención muy buenos.

No hay restaurante propio y sólo es por room service, del cual no tienes menú en la habitación.

1. Tardaron un poco en llegar por mi, y eso que les habia avisado de hace tiempo a la hora que llegaria. 2.No habia edecan para recibirnos. 3. Cuando llegue al hotel, la persona de recepcion me hizo el cargo en mi tarjeta por una cantidad mucho muy elevada a la que yo habia visto en internet. Casi a punto de firmar el voucher me di cuenta y le dije que no era la cantidad por la que yo habia reservado. Hasta ese momento agarro las hojas de mi reservacion y se dio cuenta que yo tenia un tarifa mas baja que la que me iba a cargar. Si no me doy cuenta, me cobran la tarifa como si hubiera llegado caminando al hotel sin reservacion.

La actitud de service de todo el personal es excellent. Resalto la amabilidad de Jose Luis de sistemas, quien nos proporciono un espacio para trabajar y hasta nos llevo un ventilador, sin haberlo pedido, para que estuviéramos cómodos. La gente de recepción súper Amable, así como el Sr. Miguel que fue por nosotros al aeropuerto. El hotel requiere remodelaciones y urge un cambio en el mobiliario, sin embargo esto pasa a segundo termino debido al excelente servicio y trato de su personal. Si regresaría a este hotel.

El mobiliario e instalaciones de los cuartos. Yo me quede en la 214 y todo lucia ta muy viejo. El minibar, el baño, las mesitas, etc.

Nada me gusto es un gancho y mentira el que se llame t 2 esta lejísimos en una zona horrible de haber sabido mejor pago cualquier otro hotel por el mismo precio

El hotel,moderno,confortable.El personal muuuy atento y amable.El personal de tranportación Aeropuerto-Hotel muy amable.El servicio de taxis que tienen excelente,seguro y el personal atento.Servicio de primera. Les falló las instrucciones en la habitación,no hay" letreritos" que indiquen como hacer llamadas a recepción,cafetería,etc. También les falló la agenda,pues me tenían que dar un servicio que se les olvidó. Nada grave pero que estoy segura pueden mejorar. Estuvimos muy bien.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.Gracias!
