location is great Ok for one night.
No towels or hot water as promised. Stayed in private room. Bathroom ensuite was not clean (full of hair) had to pay 32 USD even though it advertised outside on a sign 20USD. A dog barked all night, so didnt get much sleep. Breakfast consist of bread, butter, jam, cereal, coffee and milk. They told us they had no milk in the morning so we had to took it out of the cupboard where we knew it was hidden. Ok for one night. Wouldnt stay longer though...
Very helpful staff, close to ADO busterminal
A/C super loud, bathroom not very clean and smelled strongly of urinal cake (made the whole room stink), charged 350$ for a taxi to the airport (of which the driver only received 150$)
This is a cheap place, which is what I needed when I had 10 hour stop overnight in cancun. Room was clean, bed was comfy but communal shower had lots of hair all over it. And all the soap in there had hair all over! Maybe the guests just before me left them. Wifi worked well in room. The reception area is tiny! And that is where the complimentary coffee, cereal, and bread are served to guests in the morning. It was too small a space when 5 of us were trying to have breakfast at once!! Staff were helpful but I can't really say they were friendly. 24 hour front gate security guard. I would probably stay here again because it was cheap and mostly clean, if I had a short stop over again in cancun. Unless I found a cheaper place which also had good reviews.

Location was good. Decent Wifi. Staff helpful.
Room was uncomfortable and extremely stuffy even with a fan. Bathroom was dirty. Was happy we were only staying one night.
The interaction with the staff, thank you for your kindness.
Staff is friendly
There was a dead cockroach
near the street，a bit noisy at night. but it's OK.
There are only a few fans for 10 people in the dormitory.
Table tennis table
They charged the room before we came! Didn't think that was possible on booking.com You stay in an old office. Depressing!
Clean, close to the center, lovely helpfully staff, human price and....and Monica :)) me he enamorado :*
It's well away from all the nightclubs & hullabaloo of Cancun. Just around the corner a great plaza with food stalls, entertainment frequented by local people - no tourists.
Rooms a bit small and very basic.
Most friendly staff ever. Big rooms with AC.
we were travelling through on our way to Holbox Island and needed to stay the night near the ADO bus station, this Hostel was perfect for that and was quite comfortable.
the breakfast included was bit stingy but not a big problem.
Good and comfy beds, air con and clean and nice bathroom. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Hot shower was not working, air-con very loud. Breakfast very basic, and no common area
For the budget traveler this is a great option. It's cheap for Cancun and offers a breakfast which is unusual for budget hostels. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciate their assistance in helping me when I first arrived as I had problems with my debit card and they allowed me to us their phone to make a call to my bank in Ireland to rectify the situation. Thank you Carlos and all who work at your hostel and plenty of good fortune in the future.
The hostel is fairly basic which is fine for the price they charge. They actually had a table tennis table which I spotted in the hall but think that's about it on amenities. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't great but the staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend the place to people travelling on a budget
Friendly and helpful staff and owner
Artificial lighting in the rooms could be improved but not a major issue..
The hostel is a little difficult to find as it is tucked away in a corner. However, great location - around 15 minutes walk to the ADO bus station (once you are geographically orientated). And it is just down the road from the amazing seafood restaurant, "Pescaditos"! Facilities are basic but clean. Linen and towels are provided. Staff are warm and efficient.
The dormitory room has five double bunk beds and only two fans. If your bed is not near a fan, you are in for an uncomfortable warm night.
You'll pay 100% of first night by your credit card, so don't pay anything else if you are staying just one night. I didn't know that and they charged me twice!
This hostel is near the Ado bus terminal in centre of Cancun so is ideal for anyone arriving by air and catching the Ado bus to the centre. It is clean , with coffee/tea making facilities and microwave. Free fast internet service is an added bonus. The staff are pleasant ,helpful and speak a little English which is common for Cancun. Good tour offers of neighbouring attractions can be booked at very reasonable prices. I had a single room and it was basic clean and comfortable.
It's my 1st visit to Cancun and I found this hostel reasonable and adequate for the price--- value for money and having the close proximity to bus station was my main reason for booking here.
I love it,,,,,
Carlos is the best,,,,,I willgood there every year 4 times,no more Hotel Zona no need to wast your money in expensive hotels.Carlos will make you fell like you at the 5 star hotel,,,,,,,see you soon again.Antonio
The room had a smell of mold. One of the beds had a madrass that was very old, I could feel the springs in my back all night. It was really expensive for the standard of the room!
Nice and attending staff, close to the bus station, city centre or restaurants.
The hostel is really easy to reach, 5 min walking to the next busstop. Great people working there, very polite and open to help you. I really liked it and would go back. And of course the price!! Really cheap!!
It could be a bit cleaner, but it was not such a big deal for me, saw worse.
