Close to everywhere
Wifi is really slow and few spots only
Really close to zocalo, great free breakfast and dinner, as much as you liked. The male staff were really nice and chatty. Nice roof terrace where breakfast was served.
Just a tip really, if you want to extend, do it online then go down to reception and pay. We were almost charged twice as much because it's an online deal, so the deal on this site was much better.
The location is very good, in the heart of everything
I got a private room. There was no Hot water at night , there was no wifi in the rooms , I had to go outside to the cold to connect , the lady receptionist from the afternoon shift was mean and moody, was very displeased, wish I would have stayed somewhere else.
The suite was relative big and very comfortable. The staff was awesome, and also the breakfast and dinner wasnt bad and help to economize. The location its great near the Zocalo, and in front of the hostel have a lot of delicious typical mexican food.
It was more expensive than we tought, because of the 19% taxes it really get expensive. So the quality its good but not that good
Perfect location. Friendly staff. Loved the free breakfasts and dinner. Victor providing morning blues on the roof and giving everyone a happy start to the day. Basic room but made up for in roof terrace, friendliness and safety.
Personal attention and help from staff, especially Hector the General Manager. It made all the difference in navigating Mexico City.
Tours offered were excellent offering the opportunity to do things at a reasonable price that I never even had heard about.
Location at the center of tourist points.
Very good except Wifi connection. Wifi connection in the room is poor. We have to go lobby or public space to connect wifi.
WiFi Bed Cleanliness
Hector will go out of his way to accommodate you. Victor is very customer service orientated and the barman is very nice.
The room is well-furnitured clean and big.(compared to other hostels) The staff is really helpful. They provide lots of traveling information that you need. You can get a private room with a private restroom at a good price.(compared to other hostels) To conclude, I love it!
location, friendlt staff
Room space & cleaniness. Buffet Breakfast. The terrace.
Wifi Access not working from our room, I suspect it works only at the terrace. The buffet dinner is really low in quality. For the same costyou could make it much better! Terrace bar nor always open.
The staff very cooperative. Location. The Breakfast help a lot
The stairs. To get dinner you have to climb three floor up. No elevators. no big deal, but...... you get tired.
Our room was huge and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also really good for the price. Perfect location
The walls don't keep any sounds away and every time someone talked or used the toilet in the next room we could hear everything
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate and are cooked fresh every day, great if you are tired at the end of a day sightseeing. The rooms and communal areas are cleaned daily.
Free breakfast and diner Cool bar on the roof Very nice staff
just a suggestion but it would be great to have little soaps in the private rooms
The location of the hostel was good
We had one room which was really wet (nr 305). It would be good to see the room before you check in.
Free breakfast and dinner!!!! Only 150peso per night in a dorm room. I stayed for 4 nights with two nights sayed in the room all by myself. Good location, nice staff.
Room is smelly. No window therefore bad air circulation. No soundproof, we can hear everything when people talk in the hallway.
The location is excellent. The staff is friendly, especially Victor, who with his gentleness, kindness and sympathy, full of warmth the hostel.
Two meals a day Friendly and helpful staff
This was my second stay in the same hostel- we were given a much bigger room this time which even had a balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast included. Not a ridiculously noisy party hostel like many I have stayed in so I slept quite well.
Wifi only worked in communal areas (bar on the roof).
Great location, breakfast included.
Fan was broken (sure they would have replaced it but we didn't bother as we were only there one night). We therefore opened the window and got bitten to death by mosquitos! Room was a bit shabby but other rooms were being renovated so hopefully this will be sorted soon.
free dinner and breakfast, not the best but a nice option. Rooms are big and clean
wifi poor, staff seems not very well trained and not much interested
