Great wifi signal, close to the air port
Very loud all night, poor bathroom
social cheap rooftop spa and bar would only recomend for backpackers
wifi was bad terrible location light poured into room all night
clean rooms and really nice staff who are helping you out. great place to stay and highly recommended
The room was well laid out and the air clim was quiet and effective.
The springs in the mattress and we never could get the television to work.
Great little hostel with friendly helpful staff. Good sized room. Great roof top bar with hammocks. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Loads of fruit and juices. Hostel is walking distance from Cancun's main bus station which is very useful if you're travelling around Mexico
Nothing to complain about
Good value for a single room.
Sheets had stains. Bed (mattress) condition was bad. Wifi connection was very poor.
Accomodation prices are good, breakfast in the morning and air con in rooms.
There is a party every night on the rooftop, the music is terrible. If you don't want to be listening to loud music til midnight don't stay here.
Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good
WI if had poor reception, rain. Hot tub was cold
- location super-close to ADO bus terminal - spacious room & bathroom - nice breakfast (fruit, musli, yogurt)
- no WiFi signal on our floor (in & outside room)
1mins walk from the ADO bus staion Some staff are very nice, but some of the other were really bad
First of all, when I arrived at the hostel, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for a while. Though they say they accept credit card, they didn't accept it. A staff said it's not their fault, but she said it doesn't work for 2 weeks and they never let me know they don't accept credit card. I didn't have peso, but they didn't accept USD, so I insisted to pay USD. There is no cover or blanket, only sheets. so it was a little bit cold. During we stay at the hostel, we need to put wirstband, but we can't remove and it is not fashionable. I went to night club, and I came back to the hotel, and even though I said I'm really tired and want to sleep, one of the staff took me to the rooftop and asked me to have another drink. They didn't give me bill and receipt. So I was worried that the amount of money is correct and I don't have a proof I have already paid. There is no good restaurant or bar near the hostel, and far from beach. Nothing to do if we don't take bus.
The roof top was cool but needs maintenance
Everything needs to be cleaned and then maintained ongoing.
Good location in downtown and right next to bus terminal. Nice rooftop bar area.
Location (close to the main bus station, not the hotel zone). The staff is very helpful. Great value for money.
We couldn't connect to Wi-Fi from our room, only from the roof. The breakfast is minimal.
The friendly staff and location
All the stairs and no elevator
We were 3 middle aged women staying here for a night enroute to Merida. We each got our own suite which were on the 3rd floor. Mine was very quiet but my friends' rooms were not as quiet as they were closer to the rooftop deck where guests gather and socialize at night. Nevertheless, we were all happy with our rooms, they were a good deal including a pleasant breakfast on the rooftop. We stayed there as it was a shirt walk from the bus station, and we would stay there again.
Each of us had two flat screen televisions in our room but could not figure out how they operated! Also, my friend had a beautiful hot tub in hers, but had problems turning on the faucet!
the staff is really nice and helpful, the room is always cleaned everyday, internet with computers available, nice terrasse for breakfast and relaxing, air conditioning working, hot water at any time...
when Party was too loud for me at night, I just switch on the air-conditioning: it is loud enough to cover :)
The rooftop bar was great, I really loved chilling with a lot of people from all over the world. It is very easy to meet new people and make friends at this hostel since many people travel alone. It located in the center of downtown in Cancun so you can easily take a bus to go anywhere. I love this hostel.
bedbugs!!!! i have like 70 bites. i don't wish anyone that experience. Keep your eyes open!!!!
It really delivered us the best cost-benefit relation we were expecting while staying in Cancun.
Not so well located, although the buses that passes through the avenue right at the corner can take you to beaches like Forum Beach by a low cost.
Close to the ADO bus station.
Too noisy, party at roof top till midnight every day.
Excellent location to visit sights outside Cancun, but not great for Cancun itself. Staff very freindly & helpful & plenty going on.
When our booking was messed up, we were offered an upgraded room for another USD $1 which had a jacuzzi and large spacious room. Great service and friendly staff
Proximity to the ADO Bus Terminal. Wonderful option to/from the Airport.
Air conditioning was limited from 8PM. I understand the need to conserve but preferred more options.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of services (jacuzzi on the roof, bar, realx areas). The double room is very big. Position is very good for bus station and restaurants but very far from the sea.
The hotel is a bit noisy and far from the beach. There is no lift, very unpleasant with luggage.
Location being in downtown Cancun and away from all the other tourists in the hotel zone..
