We had no power at all in our room when we woke up at 5:30 am. It was dark and we were supposed to get ready to leave at 6 am for the airport. A phone call to the front desk brought an electrician who determined that it would take a long time to fix the problem. We had to wait for the sun to come up to give us light to pack and leave 30 minutes late. When checking out I requested a rate adjustment because of the power problem. No answer! Not good business.

Location (nice beach) and the breakfast. The room has a good space as well. The bed and stufs in general. The sea view room is fantastic. A good free parking.

The staff (they think about tips all the time).

The location was excellent. The view from our room was dream like. I would more than gladly stay here again.

Standard hotel, well located on Cancun hotel strip. Excellent views of the Caribbean and Cancun beach from our 7th floor ocean view room. Lovely beach (when not closed due to Barracuda!) and facilities. Staff quite helpful and friendly. Overall our deluxe ocean view room was okay, comfortable and clean.

Expensive internet. Rooms can be noisy due to loud music from surrounding entertainment establishments.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet, beach is clean and beautiful! Staff friendly and take pride in their work. Would definitely stay there again!

Very good location, on the beach and close to the commercial area with many options for entertainment. Employees working in the hotel are very friendly, always smiling. Good relation cost/benefits.

Some noise coming from the Hotel next door ( cooling system ).

The hotel has only pluses, ideal place.

Beautiful Hotel. Only stayed one night because we splurged, but the view was fantastic.

great locations and great beach. the staff was helpfull and nice. execially the staff that in charge of the beach activities. good facilities

The service was very good from the front desk to the housekeeping service. Food was also excellent. Liked theproximity to the beach and that it waas walking distance to everything.

The concierage was NOT helpful at all.

Clean hotel, modern design. Nice, calm and clean rooms. Good staff, very nice beach. Clean swimming pools. There are a lot of different chaise at the beacht (but a lot of good places were busy in the early morning with just towels or bags of people who was not present at this chaise). There is a service of a romantic dinner at the beach.

Expensive breakfast and wi-fi

Nobody at Regency club desk for check out, I lost 20 minutes at the front desk. I was told I would receive a 50% off on buffet since we didn't use the continental breakfast at regency club. The employee lied to me saying I got the discount on my bill. I doublecheck the information with a friend of mine and he paid the exact same amout, We were stayung at level 14 with no pressure in the shower. Despite of several ohone call nobody came to solve the problem...

1. Location is nice. Has its private beach (actually it is public but was not crowded compared to the other beaches) and is at walking distance to the night clubs. 2. Cleanliness

1. The receptionist forgot to give my credit card back during check in and refused to send it by taxi on their cost to the airport. This shows the hotel thinks about 20 US Dollars To spend!! The attitude of the receptionist was real rude, and did not want to accept her mistake, probably afraid of her managers. I will write a hugeee claim to Hyatt Regency worldwide. 2. The heater would not heat up the room during the night and the room was cold. 3. In hotel facilities are really expensive.

Hotel is located in one of the best localizations in Cancun. Breakfast is excellent bit it is rather expensive 300Pessos per person. Internet access is extra paid but at check out we received this service free of any charge. Staff is really helpfull and friendship.

Furniture in room were really old for example in our room a table was painted probably 9th time but never has been renovated so top of a table was really distroyed and was looking like rented from chip mexican bar. In some rooms You will find really high noice of ventilation system of Hyatt Hotel or a hotel which is located in front of Hyatt, in fact the sound is like landed helicopter, really strong noise.

Great location, great pool, spacious rooms, good food, very friendly and efficient staff.

Some furniture is a bit 'tired', must be due for replacement. I was not told of the 'Double your credit' food and drink deal when I checked in. I discovered it only after having already had dinner in the restaurant. It took a bit of persuading to allow that first meal to be included in the deal.

The location is great;

Hyatt is located on a very beautiful part of Cancun beach, close to some shopping, restaurants and major nighlife venues. If you are after sand and surf, and easy access to party venues, this area/hotel is a great choice. (Better shopping and restaurants are a mile or two further south, but local busess are cheap and frequent to get around).

Air-conditioning noise from the neibourging hotel sounded like a jet engine in our first room, even when we had our balcony door/windows closed! We had to ask for another room (which the reception staff was able to provide for us). Note that many other hotels in the area seemed to have the same noise problem!

I liked everything about the hotel! staff were amazing! food was good drinks were GREAT!! i stayed in the Regency suites free Wifi, breakfast and happy hour! and i also got the double credit offer! The location is really good very close to the night clubs bars and restaurants all within walking distance. I would defenatly stay here again!!!

When you deposit upfront some amount of money, the hotel doubles it. I think its great!!

When i first arrived, about 1:00AM, they kept me waiting until 3:00 PM
