    Best location in Cancun. The beach just in front of the Hotel is amazing and the discos are really close (5min walking)

    Beautiful resort. Modern. Great views and stunning beach.

    Air conditioning in room worked fine during the day but blew hot air at night. By midnight, after our first call for maintenance help, the temperature in the room was 80 degrees. By 2 am, the temperature was 86! The front desk sent maintenance up twice but they were unable to fix the problem. The front desk did not offer to relocate us, nor would management even consider a small refund or discount of our room rate. Don't be tempted by the beauty. The beast is in the management!

    Location and facilities were great, views were amazing.

    Faulty fire alarm system meant disturbances during day and at 4am. No explanation given and I was accused of setting the alarm off myself (by sleeping!). 2 weeks later they have still not contacted me as promised with an explanation.

    Great beach right outside the hotel. Good location and convenient facilities and sea view from room.

    The faces of staff at the front look like robot. More smile will be prefect. No free in-room WIFI.

    Pool area was beautiful and the beach point of Cancun was amazing; Location to restaurants, bars/clubs and facilities was excellent

    When we got to the room to go to sleep at 1130pm at night we found blood splatters on our sheets and it was too late to call someone to replace them, so for this fact we have to rate cleanliness as poor. There was construction in the lobby and construction in a site next to the hotel that woke us every morning of our stay before 730am. The hotel said this was not their problem, however, we felt a courtesy email should have been sent to notify us of this. You have to pay US10 every 24 hours to use hotel Wifi. Possibly the biggest issue is THIS IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. Cancun offers all inclusive hotel where food and drink is included in room price, do your research as this hotel is not value for money and staying in an all inclusive hotel would be much more cost effective and enjoyable.

    Grat location and beach front was beautiful, rooms are great.

    Extremely incompetent staff clearly not fit to be dealing with foreign guests. Language barrier so bad it was almost impossible at times and worst of all after departure an extra $3000 USD was taken from my account without explanation. Still today (6 days later) they are still refusing to acknowledge this even though our bank at home has stated this has taken place and supported our claims. Again, extremely incompetent staff and management and would not recommend anybody to stay here after this incident.

    One hotel in the Cancun Hotel Beach, close the commercial center of hotel beach, many night clubs and shopping center to relax yourself, private beautiful beach & view,

    Hotel is fabulous, room was ocean view, Wow ! the sea was blue... It's quiet.

    The first clerk we got, was inexperience and not the nicest. Roberto came in and made it all better.

    Walking distance to restaurants and bars Food at the hotel restaurants was excellent Staff very friendly and helpful

    Older so wasn't what I was used to when I've stayed at some of the all-inclusive resorts - not quite as nice Would have rather stayed at all inclusive - spent a lot more money like this - A/C didn't seem to be adjustable - we froze and should have asked for more blankets

    For this kind of hotel, I was really surprised that they make you pay for wifi considering hotels that are much cheaper include wifi within their rooms. The staff think that you are privileged to stay there, and therefore don't have the level of courtesy you would expect. I'd recommend to stay somewhere else.

    not so big waves as in rest beaches.

    I've made a mistake to choose this hotel. There is no way its 4 star hotel. Food, staff, and room by itself are poor.Internet is an extra cost and password need to be renewed daily! Extra charge for everything, really not a good deal.

    After complaining we have a room with less noise from generator below. The room has a water view.

    Not what I expected for the money I spent. Defenitely not a 4 star hotel. Lobby is bare, smelly and damp, no free nternet in room or lobby, In room facility is minimal, no daily coffee/ tea, cleaners did not take wet towel daily. I spent some time with friend at Krystal Hotel next door, which is gran er than mine. We ends up paying more than .what we book for.

    The location was excellent, on the ocean and also the hotel had a great pool and amenities. Near to the Hotel Zone but in a quiet location.

    The people on reception were not acceptable and for me and have damaged the reputation of this hotel. I was chased up to my room on arrival for more money after paying the hotel in advance for 8 nights.I can see now on my credit card statements once returning home some irregular transactions. I will have to sort this out with visa and I will be vigorously making a claim. I booked the hotel through but was charged a different rate at the hotel. This is NOT correct and I would advise all travelers to be wary and check your credit card statements carefully. Also they lock the mini bar in the room if you don't pay at least 2000 pesos in advance. I could not believe the price of a bottle of water just CRAZY. The Hotel is ruining its own business. At breakfast I was chased up by the waiter who told me " I must pay for the breakfast immediately" I also saw other people at reception arguing about their charges ! So people beware !!! If you need a taxi to the airport also crazy 500 pesos !!!!

    accessible, recently renovated, nice view from our room.

    - First off, wi-fi service is NOT part of the rate, -nothing is free of course, but is charge separated. - The room was not insulated, you can hear the noise from the wind. - Even though has been renovated, the details need desperate attention, the rooms has not been thoroughly cleaned. - We asked for the code to use the internet, it took 55 minutes for the to call back w/ the code. - We asked for a cork, it took 2 hours 15 minutes and 3 calls.

    The manager was rude. The clerks were rude. The prices for a simple bottle of water were insane. The cost of a drink $14. We paid for a king bed. They tried to switch it to a double. Did the same thing to another couple that walked in. Overcharged me by $57 dollars on the taxes. Gave me a credit and then would not let me use it. Would not refund my money. Switched the name from Hyatt to Grand Krystal days before I got there. Need I say more? Do not stay here. There are a hundred better places in Cancun, with less expensive amenities and better customer service. Travel to Cancun all the time, definitely not going to stay here again.

    The location is perfect the people are great the food is nice.

    The only bad part is that on the beach front the chairs are kind of far from the sea to be able to supervise kid while relaxing

    - The room and it's view, - the great beach and it's view, and the lovely staff at the bar ! - the Regency Club (12th 14th floors) and the great customer service given by the amazing Samantha! - the credit card deal(if you put down $ 250, they double it giving you $500 to spend in the various restaurants and bars in the hotel - the location, the Hotel couldn't be any better placed Also you really feel like you are on holiday in Mexico thanks to the majority of clients speaking spanish

    The fact that the hotel it's not keeping up with it's deals ..... So you get free breakfast at the Regency Club, but It is pathetic compare to the choice of the buffet downstairs? Why? should you not get the same ? My number one annoyance INTERNET !!! Why to charge a pathetic $9 dollars a day ? Just add it to the cost of the room, I don't want to know! you arraive there after 11 hours flight and they are starting bombarding you with options, deals ? The result ; that check in and out last hours ? But aside the above enjoy what is a beautyful hotel great location and the amazing beach ! ...the last thing Mr Head of Security, chill ! the place it's not a prison, and we are paying clients not criminals !

    Room was clean and beds well made. Bed was very comfortable. Beach and Bali beds were favorites.

    Staff was not helpful with calling cab for return to airport, not enough wash cloth for 2 people, only 1 bathrobe (2 people), not happy linen was not changed daily along with towels. Asked for a wake up call and NEVER got it. Hotel not as luxurious and modern as others I have stayed in. Hallways are not well lit.
