The central location, easy to go walking to intersting places. Noise of traffic during week days and nights. I recomend only for weekends. |

The location is ok. The staff does not have comunication between each other so they bother you with the same questions. Managements is ok tried to arrange the problem of charging twice to my credit card (hotel fee). The room was extremely dirty!! Lots of dust in the room therefore my allergies got worst than ever! No basic things in the room like toilet paper, towels, etc. The room carpet was sticky and smelly! |

A localização é razoável, próxima ao centro histórico da Cidade do México. O hotel é confortável e o staff é muito bom, assim como o café da manhã (pequeno-almoço). Em suma: um hotel funcional para quem vai a negócios ou se prefere ficar perto do centro. Os quartos têm carpetes e cheiram levemente a mofo. Alguns quartos não têm janelas, o que complica ainda mais a situação. Quem tem problemas respiratórios, melhor ficar em outro hotel. Para o restante, tudo bem... |

il servizio di prima colazione frigo non funzionante. La prenotazione era per una master suite con patio e jakuzi, ma, nonostante che la tariffa pagata era quella concordata, non abbiamo avutyo una master suite!!!! |

Es edificio antiguo muy bonito. Estabamos en una de las mejores habitaciones del hotel. La habitacion estaba mal cuidada. Por el precio del hotel, deberia estar mucho mejor. El bano estaba sucio, la cama estaba mal hecha, habia hoyos en los muros, el mini-bar no cerraba bien... y mas. |
